AbstractAbstract
The aim of the present study is to describe the histological features of the eyes of a domestic mallard duck, Anasplatyrhynchus. The eyeballs often adult males and females constituted the material of the study. The cornea histologically consisted of a stroma, a Descemet membrane, a bowman membrane, an external epithelium, and a posterior epithelium. The choroid, located between the sclera and the retina and begins from the ciliary body to the optic nerve, is rich in blood vessels. The four histological layers of the choroid were suprachoroidea, brushes membrane, vascular layer, and choriocapillaris. The ciliary body connected anteriorly to the eye and was the front portion of the choroid. Two layers comprise the ciliary processes’ epithelium: a shallow, cuboidal, nonpigmented layer and a deep, strongly pigmented one. Hyaline cartilage serves as the support of the ciliary body in addition to the fibers of smooth muscle. The retinaconsists of ten layers. The choroid, composed of four layers (suprachoroidal, bloodvessel layers, tapetum fibrosum, and choriocapillaris), is one of the five components of the cornea. Ten layers make up the sensitive portion of the retina.

AbstractAbstract: The various species' male accessory genital glands vary and are intimately related to the pelvic urethra. These glands secrete nutritional substances, buffers, and mucous to increase volume, serve as lubricants, reduce the minor acidity of vaginal contents and make the environment more hospitable to motile sperm. This study aims to study the histological and histochemical structure of the male accessory sex glands in caprine Iraqi breeds. The male accessory genital glands of ten adult males of the local Iraqi buck (Caprus hircus) weighing 48-65 kg and aged 18-26 months were obtained from the Al-Najaf slaughterhouse. The specimens were prepared and stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H and E), Periodic Acid-Schiff Reaction (PAS), and Masson's trichrome stain. In the ampulla, the glands revealed thin, wide tubules bordered by a simple columnar epithelium and pseudostratified columnar epithelium with rounded nuclei. The seminal vesicle, buck's mucous membrane, is folded according to histology. It is a simple columnar epithelium with basal cells in between and nuclei that range from spherical to oval. The gland capsule comprises loose connective tissue (collagen fibers and smooth muscle) that responds favorably to Masson's trichrome stain. The prostate gland, the glandular tissue of the pelvic urethra, is implanted in the wall. The simple columnar epithelium lines these alveoli; however, histological sections reveal that the prostate gland duct-lining epithelium has converted to pseudostratified columnar epithelium. The gland secretion is seromucoid with a positive PAS staining result. In the bulbourethral gland, varied sizes and shapes of secretory units were distinguished. Most secretory units are alveolar in shape, while some are saccular or tubular. The seminal vesicle, bulbourethral glands, and vas deferens ampulla are well-developed and paired. Bucks have scattered prostate glands. The pseudostratified columnar epithelium lines the branching tubular ampulla. Simple columnar epithelium and basal cells cover the mucosa of the seminal vesicle.

AbstractAbstract: The rabbits are considered small mammals that had, in comparison to big animals, they have a high metabolic
rate and oxygen requirement. Because the larynx is located at a high angle to the oropharynx, it may immediately access
the nasopharynx of rabbits categorized as nose breathers. The lungs were symmetrical in size, with the right lung being
more prominent than the left and situated at the trachea's bottom. The trachea is located between the left and right
bronchus. Twenty rabbits were transported to the laboratory, and by the appropriate laboratory, the instrument opened the
thoracic cavity, and also the organs were filmed while the respiratory organs were removed. Due to the heart interposition
and its left deviation, the left lung in rabbits is smaller than the right lung, which has just three lobes. The lungs also lack
septa. The trachea is separated into two bronchi, the last of which is branched into tiny bronchioles. Achieve a histological
and morphological description of rabbits' respiratory tract because the rabbits are valuable models in respiratory research
due to their respiratory hyperresponsiveness, which resembles asthma in humans. The larynx is located lower than the
oropharynx, where it may directly access the nasopharynx, and the rabbits are nasal breathers. The primary respiratory
organs of rabbits are the left and right lung, trachea and bronchi, as in humans and rats. Still, it is supported by double
cartilage in the conducting portion of the respiratory system.
