The purpose of this research to verify of the relationship and impact between the strategy of organizational restructuring and functionality performance, through surveying views of the selected sample. the research's problem was identified by a set of questions centered on the nature of the correlation and the impact between the research variables. to do so, we propose a conceptual framework as a tool to obtain data. The research is based on a descriptive and analytical approach the research population consist of 85 managers and the respondents were 70 managers. The results were extracted by using the statistical software (spss).
