Epidemiological and Biochemical Evaluation of Oxidative Biomarkers in Amoebic dysentry Patients in Al-Najaf Province
Oxidative stress markers MDA and GSH show an inverse correlation, meaning when one goes up, the other tends to go down. Specifically, elevated MDA (indicating increased oxidative stress) is associated with higher NO levels. Conversely, GSH and NO have an inverse relationship, where an increase in NO corresponds to a decrease in GSH, and vice versa. Furthermore, HSP70 levels tend to increase alongside MDA levels, suggesting a response to oxidative damage. Finally, higher HSP70 levels is also associated with higher NO levels, while an inverse correlation exists between GSH and HSP70, where decreasing GSH is linked to rising HSP70.
