AbstractIn this work, a general implicit block method (GIBM) with two points for solving general fifth-order initial value problems (IVPs) has been derived. GIBM is proposed by adopting the basis functions of Hermite interpolating polynomials. GIBM is presented to be suitable with the numerical solutions of fifth-order IVPs. Hence, the derivation of GIBM has been introduced. Numerical implementations compared with the existing numerical GRKM method are used to prove the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed GIBM method. The impressive numerical results of the test problems using the proposed GIBM method agree well with the approximated solutions of them using the existing GRKM method.

AbstractAbstract: It is still a problem how to detection whether digital images are fake or original. In this study, a new
algorithm has been developed that uses the properties of the hyper geometric functions to detect fake images
from the original image of Mona Lisa by accurately analyzing all the image pixels and expanding the algorithm
area by providing an experimental compensation of the x and y values and then reconstructing the regions and
components and matching it to the original image. Statistical support for digital counterfeit image detection. The
database used consisted of 15 fake images and the original image and the algorithm proved its efficiency
accurately in detecting the forgery.

AbstractAn amendment has been applied to Block truncation coding (BTC) technique Through which any regions in Image Is chosen to encryption. In order to prove that Block truncation coding (BTC) technique for regions application has been made Encryption is Performance evaluation standards are: histogram, standard deviation, minimum, maximum mean and variance. The method proved to be successful and used the Matlab programming environment

AbstractThe paper discusses the effectiveness Z-Transform for Deleting Components color images .Three cases have been applied with linear filters to determine the importance and how to delete components from a database containing 30 color images and a selected extension. Three filters were used for the conversion of each case where the results proved that the first case is the best in deleting the components of the color image and with any filter we use. ZTransform was implemented in the Matlab environment and proved the success of the proposed method

AbstractIn this paper the Jeffery prior information and the extension of Jeffery prior information for estimating the parameter Weibull distribution is presented. Through simulation study the performance of this estimator was compared to the standard Bayes with Jeffery prior information with respect to the mean square error (MSE) and mean percentage error (MPE). In the results, The new estimator with extension of Jeffery prior information is the best estimator for Weibull Distribution, when compared it with standard Bayes with
Jeffery prior information. Also depending on MSE and MPE, the is the best survival function for Weibull distribution when compared it with survival function based on posterior distribution. We can easily conclude that MSE and MPE of Bayes estimators decrease with an increase of sample size.
