AbstractThe search for new variables useful in the diagnosis and follow-up of pregnant women from important areas in the field of research, where some studies focused on the case of pregnancy, while other research has focused on the assessment of some trace element, including zinc and the study of some of the contaminants including cadmium as variables in the course Tripartite pregnancies. Also Study the geometrical and structural composition (theoretical study) The program for calculations was selected GAMEES that conducted through the total energy of the molecule of hemoglobin and interaction with elements which include the lengths of the bonds and the angles between the bonds by using the methods of PM1 measured values. That showed a very close values, and so been adopted in subsequent calculations. This study was conducted on 80 pregnant women and the neonatal age, reviews of Al Zahraa birth hospital, Najaf governorate . The results of the study were as follows:
1.There was a significant decrease in zinc concentration at a probability level (p <0.05) in the first trimester of pregnancy compared with the study groups and the control group.
2. Significant increase in cadmium concentration at a potential level (p <0.05) in the second trimester of pregnancy compared with the study groups and control group. Conclusion: . The essential trace elements were significantly lower in women who delivered low-birth weight babies that diagnosis of zinc deficiency in early life, including embryogenesis and fetal life. Therefore the results of the present study reveals that higher levels of Cd in pregnant women may have serious effect on the morbidity and mortality of neonates with long-term health consequences

AbstractDuring this study evaluated the efficiency of insect killer device electric one as the deaths of four groups of adult Culex
mosquitoes , Culex pipiens ratios during exposure periods of 1, 12, 24.36 an hour and a study of its impact on those same
conditions and periods of exposure of the device in the histological structure of liver of male laboratory mouse Mus musculus
were divided into control group G1 and the group exposed to 1 hour G2 and 12 hours G3 and 24 hours G4 and 36-hour G5.
Histological results showed that the group G2 and G3 liver tissue appeared normal milestones approach to animal control
tissue either group G4 tissue animals showed a few pathological changes distress and Group G5 which got most of the
pathological changes in the tissues studied.

AbstractThe aim of this study is to investigate the protective effect of the allicin (thiosulfanate) in the histological
alterations of testes induced by oxidant agentzinc oxide (ZnO). The first group of the rats was negative control group.
The second treatment groups were treated 5oppm of allicin, the third by ZnO and the fourth group treated with allicin
+ZnO. All doses were given orally by gastric intubation with allicinwhile ZnO by injection, the experiment continued
daily for 30 days. Due to experimental intoxication with ZnO, the microscopic examination for the testes in rats revealed
numerous histological lesions in the seminiferous tubules and the interstitial tissue. In contrast, the histopathologic
changes of testes were partially reversed by treatment with allicin extraction and the testes appeared with nearly
normal structure. It may be concluded that allicin revealed protective effect against the reproductive toxicity of ZnO.
Key words : Allicn, zinc oxide, testes, seminiferous tubules, rats.
