مختصر البحثIn this work, some rheological and optical properties of natural rubber
solutions in toluene with different concentrations have been studied at a range of temperature (20-50)0C. The results show that increase of density , viscosity , refractive index , Brewster angle , and refractance
values with increasing polymer concentration . The value of the same
properties decrease for each concentration with increasing temperature . On the contrary, critical angle appears apposite behaviour. This results
suggest there is association between polymer and solvent molecules and
also there is association between polymer molecules it self .

مختصر البحث In this work, gallium nitride (GaN) layers were successfully grown on Flat-Si and porous silicon (PSi) using a radio frequency-magnetron sputtering system. Field emission scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy images showed that the grown film on Flat-Si had smoother surface, even though there were some cracks on it. Furthermore, the X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the peak intensity of all the grown layers on PSi was higher than that of the grown layer on Flat-Si. Our detailed observation showed that PSi is a promising substrate to obtain GaN films.

مختصر البحثIn this study, nanoporous structures on In0.08Ga0.92N/AlN/Si thin films with a thickness of 1 μm were synthesized by photoelectrochemical etching technique at various etching durations. The structural and optical properties of the pre- and post-etched thin films were investigated. The field emission scanning electron microscope images and X-Ray diffraction measurements revealed that the films pre-etched thin film has a sufficiently smooth surface over a large region with wurtzite structure. The roughness increased with an increase in etching duration. The photoluminescence emission peaks had a blue shift phenomenon for the post-etched films at room temperature, compared with the pre-etched film. The photoluminescence intensities of porous InGaN structures were enhanced when the nanoporous structure was formed.

مختصر البحثThis study involves the synthesis of Porous InxGa1−xN/GaN/AlN on Si (111) subatrate using an electrochemical etching technique based on plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy. The structural and optical properties of the as-grown and porous films were subsequently investigated. The X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the InxGa1-xN/GaN/AlN was epitaxially grown on Si substrate. Using the Vegard's law, a high (0.30) In-mole fraction was obtained. The Scanning electron microscopy images revealed that the synthesis process enhanced the surface morphology of the Si (111) subatrate. Micro-photoluminescence spectra displayed sharp and intense peaks at 364 nm with relatively low yellow emission band, indicating good optical quality.

مختصر البحثThe electrical properties of a Pt Schottky contact on porous In0.27Ga0.73N/GaN/AlN/Si(111) thin film that was grown via the plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy technique were reported. Porous film nanostructure was synthesized using the electrochemical etching technique at a current density of 25 mA/cm². The formed pores were dissimilar in terms of size and shape. The effects of annealing temperature and applied bias on Schottky contact for porous sample were investigated by current-voltage (I-V) measurements in ambient illumination. The barrier height and ideality factor were determined. The Pt Schottky contact exhibits thermal stability during annealing. Schottky barrier height increased when each of the annealing temperature and bias voltage were increased.

مختصر البحثThis paper presents the structural and optical study of porous (1 µm) In0.08Ga0.92N synthesized by photoelectrochemical etching under various conditions. Field emission scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope images showed that the pre-etched thin films have a sufficiently smooth surface over a large region with wurtzite structure. The roughness increased with an increase in etching duration. The blue shift phenomenon was measured for photoluminescence emission peaks at 300 K. The energy band gap increased to be 3.18 and 3.16 eV for post-etched films at ratios of 1:4 and 1:5, respectively. At the same time, the photoluminescence intensities of the post-etched thin films indicated that the optical properties have been enhanced.
