هنالك الكثير من القضايا التي تعد من القضايا الجوهرية الرئيسة في السياسة العالمية والتي تصب بعمق تفاعلات هذه السياسة وتؤثر فيها، وتمثل المرتكزات الرئيسية لأعادة تشكيل وتكون النظام الدولي والسياسة الدولية بشكل عام هي في الغالب ما تتعرض إلى الكثير من التبدلات والتحولات بسبب حالة التفاعل المستمرة ما بين الدول و الفاعلين السياسيين الذين يتحركون على الساحة السياسية الدولية، ولذلك رأينا من المهم أن نتعرض إلى عدد من هذه القضايا التي لها تأثير حقيقي في السياسة الدولية في المرحلة التي تلت نهاية القرن العشرين، إذ أن من الواضح أن الدخول في القرن الواحد وعشرين ‏إنما مثل حقبة جديدة بتفاصيل واجزاء دقيقة قد تكون في اطرافها مغايرة لما عهدناه سابقا، وأن كانت في كثير من مساقاتها الفكرية وجذورها التاريخية تمثل امتداداً للتراكمات المعرفية والتفاعلية التي شهدتها البيئة الدولية في القرون السابقة وعلى وجه الخصوص في القرن العشرين، ولكن ذلك بمجملة انما يمثل واقع الحال الذي مهد هذه البئة دائمة التفاعل والحراك والتغيير للدخول في مرحلة تاريخية جديدة قد تحمل في طياتها الكثير من مظاهر الاختلاف ( التي وصفها البعض بالجذرية) في مجموعة من هذه القضايا المحورية و الرئيسية الهامة التي يتوجب علينا الاطلاع عليها ودراسةتها وتحليلها من أجل خلق حالة جيدة للتفاعل معها والتعامل معها بما تستوجب هذه الظروف المحيطة بكل دولة.

ان المسار المستقبلي للسياسية الخارجية (التركية - الامريكية) و اثرها على العراق يتحدد باستمرار العلاقات الامريكية - التركية و التفاعلات بين الطرفين في ظل اجواء من سرعة الحراك و التغيير المستمر في عموم المشهد العام لمنطقة الشرق الاوسط .

The research dealt with the fact that the global system began to enter a new phase of its successive phases, which in reality represents an interconnected chain that leads each one to the other based on the circumstances and developments that occur in the international environment, which is a product of environmental interactions between international units and international actors on the global political arena. This stage is characterized by a number of characteristics that may be similar or different from the previous stages that the international system went through. The main features that we can discern in the new phase that the international system began to enter with its overcoming of the previous phase that followed the end of the Cold War and the Soviet Union, where the United States emerged as a superpower and an international pole dominating that system, and the subsequent stages that preceded it showed the beginnings of changing that equation until The world has reached what we might call the first effects of a new phase of the international system.

The students of the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Kufa held a seminar entitled "Future Policies for Energy Security". The seminar was moderated by the Dean of the College (Dr. Sabah Saheb Al Arayed). The lecturer (Dr. Loay Al Khatib) Energy and its importance in the development and stability of countries politically and economically and the importance of the use of this energy in the development of countries, including Iraq, which is a country rich in energy, especially oil and gas and the right scientific means to invest those resources in human development and progress, And its importance in developed countries and its economic relation to energy prices and their impact on other countries producing fossil energy.
