Bis oxadiazole – azo ligands were synthesized via many chemical reactions and steps represented by reaction between diamine aromatic compound with concentration hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrite in azotation reaction as a first step , then the second step involved coupling step to yield mainly compound containing di active groups , which will react with semicarbazide in cyclization step to formation first ligand , after that preparation other ligands through various reaction like insertion reaction to yield second ligand , azotation reaction to yield third ligand and substitution reaction like fourth and fifth ligands. The prepared ligands have been identified by spectral techniques like (1H NMR , FT.IR and UV-Visible spectra) with chemical studies like thermal behavior , physical properties , TLC – Paper , and biological studying like microbial assay.

Aldamine – heterocyclic ligands have been prepared through condensation step to formation aldamine compound as a starting compound for production all ligands in this study, which is used in cyclization conditions for formation ligand [1], ligand [2] and ligand [3], but ligand [4] was prepared by azotation reaction, then ligand [5] prepared by formation of cyclic compound. Aldamine – heterocyclic ligands have been characterizedwith spectralmethodsrepresented by (1H NMR, FT.IR and UVVisible spectra) with other studies such as thermoanalysis, and bacterial assay for all Aldamine – heterocyclic ligands. The statistical studying in our work to complete first work (first paper- in first reference) ,which includes statistical calculations for studying of microbial behavior on many bacteria and effect of our biochemical compounds against resistant of bacteria ,effect of imine derivatives on DNA and wall of bacteria cell through diameter of inhibition (mm) as parameter of activity ,effect of types of substitution which linked with ether , nitro , amide , imine , carboxyl , ketone groups in structures of compounds on bacteria .
