In this article we present a different class lifting modules as a proper g-lifting generalization. This class termed by Radg-lifting in this work which defined as, W is called Radg-lifting if Y ≤ W with Radg(W) ⊆ Y, there is W = A ⊕ B with A ≤ Y and Y ∩ B <<g B. Thus, a ring R named Radg-lifting if R is a Radg-lifting as R-module. We determined it is structure. Several of characterizations, properties, and instances of these modules are described.

In this paper, we have introduce new class of Circulant matrices specifically, the complex symmetric Circulant matrix , we give general formula and found that this matrix have limited behavior at the high power and discuss the effect of this behavior on the color images.

In this paper we try to find a new mask in image edge detection and compare this mask with classical edge detectors and get determine the best of them . The case of study deals with observation of edge of medical images certainly, for Psoriasis skin by taken limited images for infections types of this disease. . detection The proposed approach exploits a number of ants, which move on the image driven by the local variation of the image’s intensity values, to establish a pheromone matrix, which represents the edge information at each pixel location for Psoriasis Skin image Edge detection is proposed. The Skin image have been identified and the edges of the images used for each and every stages that the database consists of 24 images divided each stage of the Psoriasis disease Skin image 4 images. For each stage a novel algorithm which combines pixel and region based color segmentation techniques is used. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms .

In this paper we have introduced a matrix with special condition, and called it "near complex Hadamard matrix" and we have studied some basic properties of this matrix, also we have found two types of this matrix and conclude some relationships between them.

Abstract In this paper we shall discuss when an invertible matrix and its inverse are similar.We shall give theorems for such case.
