ان الاتجاه العلمي الذي انبثق عنه الاسلام والذي عزى الى التطور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي ودراسات ائمتنا المختلفة التي كانت في مختلف حقول العلم التي تعكس الابتكار الذاتي للعالم الاسلامي وتفكيره الذاتي .

في هذا البحث إيجاز لتاريخ طويل من النزاع الفكري والعقلي حول مسألة )العقل( وعلاقته بالشريعة، وأسبقيته على النقل، في ضوء فكر )المعتزلة( كفرقة إسلامية ظهرت في أوائل القرن الثاني الهجري وتعمقت في جذور الدولة العباسية لسنوات طويلة، حتى وصلت إلى اعتناق الخلفاء لمذهبها )المأمون والمعتصم والواثق(، مما يدلُّ على قوة وذيوع هذا الفكر في هذا الزمان. بل إنه ما زال له أثر واسع في العصر الحالي. وتوجد العديد من الكتابات لمفكرين معاصرين يتبنون نفس الفكر والمذهب، وهم ما يسمى بالتيار العقلي الحديث. هذا البحث ليس تأريخًا لفرقة )المعتزلة( ولا يبني نقدًا أو دفاعًا عنها، بل هو بحث تحليلي لدورهم في مسألة )إعمال العقل( وأثرها في الفكر الإسلامي قديمًا وحديثًا. هذه المسألة التي كانت مثار خلاف كبير بين العلماء والمفكرين من لدن المعتزلة حتى اليوم، وما زالت سائرة. كما أن البحث يدلي بإطلالة موجزة حول منزلة العقل في الإسلام وفق المذاهب المختلفة، والتي لم تتعارض فيما بينها في أهمية العقل وأثره في حياة الإنسان والمجتمع وأنه مناط التكليف. الكلمات

Many people think that religious schools in Najaf deviate from studying philosophy, or do not pay enough importance in seminary studies for it, but the opposite has been demonstrated. Religious schools have paid great attention to Islamic philosophical intellect, as many religious thinkers have emerged who have researched Islamic philosophy and described their mark in this important field of knowledge. Our evidence is the subject of our research on a religious figure, who studied in religious schools in Najaf at great contemporary philosophers, such as Sheikh Mahdi Al-Ishtani, and the philosopher Sheikh Abdul Hussein Al-Rashti. Our philosopher, the scholar Muhammad Al-Jawad Al-Jazaery, has researched all topics of philosophical intellect, especially in logic, naturals, and theology. This philosopher was influenced by Ainois philosophical intellect, especially with regard to the study of the soul in terms of its existence and immortality. We ask Allah the Almighty to accept our work, as it is a great fruit of wisdom, {…and whoever is given wisdom has been given much good} (Al-Baqarah: 269

No one doubts that the Holy Qur’an is a book revealed to the chest of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and that it is the most incapable of eloquence in all ages until the present time. For all of this, what prompted me to search for the secret of this miraculousness in the Holy Book from the philosophical and verbal aspect, so I explained the types of miraculousness that are recognized in researchers’ books and articles, and then I referred to the conditions of the miraculous so that the researcher or reader would be aware of the concept of the miraculous. That is why the revelation of the Qur’an astonished every intelligent person at the time of the revelation and completion of the Glorious Qur’an. Indeed, through research, it was shown that it is a glorious book that falsehood does not come to it from before it, because it is a revelation from the Almighty, the All-Powerful. The Holy Book carried faith, philosophical, and deep verbal terms that astonished all Arabs when they heard and read it, as it put forward philosophical concepts through the noble verses and they were truly honest premises that necessarily produced truthful results.
