مختصر البحثHydrothermal technology has many advantages compared to other growth methods such as the availability of their simple equipment,catalyst-free growth,Environmental friendliness, less dangerous environmental, and low costs. Combine spinning method technology with Hydrothermal could improve the structural of ZnO NS by increasing the formation of ZnO NS due to influence of heat annealed treatments on the structure of ZnO NS. ZnONano-Sheets (NS)were prepared to employ hydrothermal process utilizing zinc acetate, that has the chemical composition (Zn (CH3CO2)2.2H2O),as a precursor. After preparing the material, it is deposited in two methods, the first being distillation of the material on the glass (S1),while the second method was using the spinning technique (S2).The spinning method showed better results than the other method. The synthesized ZnO NS were analyzed byscanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and their optical properties have been characterized utilizingUV- absorption spectra.

مختصر البحثNanotechnology is one of the modern technologies that are used in many fields, including anti-bacterial. Nanoparticles are synthesized in many ways, and the greenmethod is one of the easy, fast, cheap and environmentally safe ways, which is doneusing plant extracts. This review deals with the latest studies on the green method ofmetallic nanoparticles using plant extracts. The researchers used extracts of differentplant parts (roots, stems, leaves, fruits, peels, seeds) For the production ofnanoparticles of many metals, the most important of which are silver (Ag), gold (Au)and oxides of some metals such as zinc oxide (ZnO), copper oxide (CuO), iron oxide(Fe3O4) and other metal oxides. The study also addresses some examples of the use ofmetallic nanomaterials as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

Influence of current annealing on the magneto-impedance response of co-based ribbons arising from surface structural improvement

مختصر البحثIn this paper, influence of current annealing on the magneto-impedance (MI) response of the Co-based amorphous ribbons with chemical composition of Co68.15Fe4.35Si12.5B15 was investigated. In order to achieve a maximum MI ratio, ribbon samples were annealed under two different conditions: the atmospheric pressure and a vacuum pressure of 5 × 10−3 mbar. During the annealing process, the dc electric current passing through the ribbons improved the surface structure while also changing the magnetic properties, arising from heating of the samples under proper conditions. The annealing process not only induced transverse magnetic anisotropy in the ribbon but also decreased stresses generated during melt spinning processes, thus enhancing the corresponding MI response. Annealing at different times and currents were performed in order to achieve optimum conditions and reach the maximum MI. Our results showed that the MI ratio increased for the annealed samples at both vacuum and atmospheric pressures so that the maximum MI (288%) was obtained for current annealing (at 200 mA for 65 s) in the vacuum, being promising for sensor applications. On the other hand, AFM and XRD results confirmed that less surface roughness would provide a smaller stray field, which in turn would increase the MI ratio.
