Abstract The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of the Team Assisted Individualization Strategy in intelligent thinking in physics among sixth-grade scientific-stream students by verifying the null hypothesis, which states: There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of the experimental-group students taught according to the Team Assisted Individualization Strategy and the mean scores of the control group taught by the conventional method on the intelligent-thinking test. The researcher randomly identified the study population from the sixth-grade scientific-stream students at Al-Nasr Central Preparatory School for Boys, affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate, for the academic year (2025-2026), first semester, in physics. Two sections were selected out of eight sections, with a total of (96) students distributed into two sections: (48) students in the experimental group and (48) students in the control group. The equivalence of the two research groups was established for the variables of age in months, intelligence, and prior information. A set of experimental teaching plans was prepared for the two groups, with (16) plans for the experimental group and (16) plans for the control group. An intelligent-thinking test was prepared, consisting of five skills and (20) items for the whole test; each skill included four items. The face validity, construct validity, and item discrimination power of the test were verified. The Kuder-Richardson formula was also used to calculate reliability for the multiple-choice items. The researcher assigned one of the school teachers (Mr. Bashar Mohammed Hassan) to implement the experiment during the first semester of the academic year (2024-2025), as he is one of the physics teachers at the school where the experiment was applied. This was done after the steps of the strategy were explained to him in detail, the teaching plans were presented to him, and continuous communication with him was maintained. After the experiment was completed, the study data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed a significant superiority of the students of the experimental group (Team Assisted Individualization Strategy) over the students of the control group in intelligent thinking; therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the study concluded with a set of proposals and recommendations.

Despite the notable interest in educational and psychological guidance research in all fields, and in psychology in particular, from researchers, the focus on interpreting and knowing behavior was relatively little, so the current research aimed to identify educational and psychological guidance in the sermons of Lady Al-Zahra, peace be upon her. Peace is considered the guiding model and the Arab-Islamic culture to which it is transmitted. These differences are summarized in the philosophy of life and its system, the nature of man, his goals and objectives in life, and the adoption of reasons. Among the psychologists in the Islamic structure realized the issue of Islamic rooting and psychological guidance, so they began delving into the Holy Qur’an, the noble Sunnah of the Prophet, and the sciences of the People of the House. And the efforts of Muslim scholars and their approaches to building a counseling psychology linked to culture. In light of the results, the researcher developed some recommendations and proposals.

هَدَفَ البحث إلى تقويم دروس التلفزيون التربوي لمادة الفيزياء للمرحلة المتوسطة وفقاً لمعايير مقترحة ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعد الباحث قائمة بمعايير مقترحة للتقويم ، وتم التحقق من صدقها من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء المتخصصين في مجال طرائق تدريس العلوم العامة وطرائق تدريس الفيزياء وعلم النفس التربوي ، وبذلك تكونت القائمة من ثلاثة مجالات رئيسة هي (المجال العلمي والمعرفي ، المجال التربوي ، المجال الأدائي) وينبثق منها (11) معياراً و(44) مؤشر ، وقام الباحث بتقويم دروس التلفزيون التربوي لمادة الفيزياء للمرحلة المتوسطة للعام الدراسي (2024-2025) وفقاً لهذه المعايير والمؤشراتر ، بعدد دروس بلغت (213) درساً من أصل (213) ، ، وقام الباحث باستخراج صدق التقويم ، وذلك عن طريق الاستعانة بخبراء بتخصص التربية / طرائق تدريس العلوم العامة (تخصص دقيق طرائق تدريس الفيزياء) ، إذ قام الباحث بتحليل عينة عشوائية من الدروس ، ثم قام بعرض الدروس المقومة ومعايير التقويم المقترحة ومؤشراتها على الخبراء ، وقد أجمع الخبراء على صلاحية التقويم . ثم استخرجا ثبات التقويم بطريقتي الثبات عبر الزمن والثبات بين المقومين باستخدام معادلة هولستي . وأظهرت النتائج ما يأتي : 1-تحقق المعايير المقترحة جميعها في دروس التلفزيون التربوي جميعها لمادة الفيزياء للمرحلة المتوسطة جميعها . 2-درجة تحقق المعايير للمرحلة المتوسطة جميعها كان متوسطاً .

الملخص:-الغرض من هذا البحث هو التعرف على جودة الأداء عند أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة الإسلامية، اذ بلغ عدد عينة البحث (56) تدريسي وتدريسية، قام الباحث ببناء أداة البحث التي تألفت من (26) فقرة بعد عرضها على خبراء في العلوم النفسية والتربوية للتأكد من مدى صلاحية الفقرات وملائمتها لعينة البحث، وبعدها تحقق الباحث من صدق البناء واوجد الثبات باستخدام معامل الفا - كرونباخ حيث بلغ معامل الثبات (0,87) عند مستوى دلالة (0,05)، استخدم الباحث الحقيبة التعليمية (spss)، اما نتائج البحث فجاءت بأنه جميع افراد العينة يمتلكون مستوى أداء عالي اضافة إلى ذلك لا يوجد فرق بين افراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس.

هدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة دراسة مقارنة في العقول الخمسة لدى الملاك الدائم والمتعينين الجدد من اساتذة الجامعة, بلغت العينة(504) ( تدريسي –تدريسيات) من اساتذة جامعة الكوفة , وطبق مقياس العقول الخمسة البالغ عدد فقراته( 20) فقرة , وتوصلت النتائج تتمتع العينة بشكل عام بالعقول الخمسة وجاء في المرتبة الاولى ضمن الاوساط الحسابية كل من ( العقل الاخلاقي, ويليه العقل المحترم ومن ثم العقل المتخصص, ومن ثم العقل الابداعي و المرتبة الاخيرة العقل التركيبي) والى عينة ذوي الملاك الدائم من اساتذة الجامعة هم أعلى مستوى في العقول الخمسة بشكل عام من ذوي الملاك الجدد , وتبعاً لتتخصص العلمي و ايضاً التخصص الانساني و تبعاً لشهادة الدكتوراه و الماجستير وتبعاً للتدريسي الذكور وللتدريسيات الاناث

The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences held an awareness symposium entitled Instructions and Laws of Student Discipline in Iraqi Universities on 3/17/2024 in the Atheer Al-Sakuni Hall in the College of Education for Girls, and the target group was first-year female students.

The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Girls / University of Kufa held a discussion panel entitled: (The research problem... the mechanism of good wording), presented by the assistant teacher, Murtada Raad Radi Al-Awadi, on 4/16/2024 in the aforementioned department.
