Neoliberalism is a set of economic policies having undergone extensive changes in the domestic economic system of countries and the international economic system, and its most important components are: firm belief in a free and unlimited global free market and private property. The new economic policy in Iraq is being implemented in the political context imposed by the US occupation. This economic policy in Iraq is linked to the capitalist policy of the United States; Thus, all the characteristics of neoliberalism are evident in one model, that is military attack and occupation, the demarcation of the power-dependent political system, and the imposition and application of an economic model against us. These policies started with a shock and are continuing with a structural adjustment; In other words, these policies do not arise from social needs and necessities, rather they are the product of a sudden political change that happened through the occupation and not during the objective growth of society and internal forces or at the level of its production. This study does not claim that Iraq is a government with a neoliberal economy, but seeks to describe, analyze and criticize the detrimental consequences of the policies neoliberal economic model on the Iraqi government and society.The US-led global capitalist system integrated the US into an open market economy and global capitalism by creating a shock to Iraq. This action was not only in the direction of reform for Iraqi government, but since it was the outcome of a suddenly shocking act through the occupation of Iraq, It was shocking through the occupation of Iraq and it did not meet the needs of the economic, political and social development of Iraqi society, so it caused numerous political, economic and social challenges including unemployment, poverty, corruption and corruption, the growth of terrorism, the rise of domestic and foreign debts and, the disappearance of the domestic private sector, the disappearance of trade unions, the rise of class divisions, national dissatisfaction and relative prosperity, the outflow of the country's wealth through the creation of a false and opaque private sector, the stabilization of the rentier economy, the rise of costs in the public sector especially the employees.

With an analytical view of the political actions and historical events of Iraq that have happened in spaces with specific issues، it can be clearly seen that the most important social forces active in the political arena of Iraq، which can change the social، cultural، political and economic situations by relying on the principles and components of discourse created by himself، the Shia religious social political discourse، which is analyzed and examined both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this article، using the discourse analysis method of Laclau and Moff، he described the discourse of the politicizing matter with a Shiite identity، which in different periods with the specific central signifiers of that period has given meaning to the signifiers or floating signifiers، and this meaning has become discourse and social actions. Also، in this article، the question of how the Shia political discourse in Iraq is all the actions of competing discourses and Can he identify the power and respond to them as much as possible، including his knowledge system and at what levels? We examine.

The collapse of Saddam in 2003 is regarded as a turning point in relation to the social political changes of Iraq on one hand and the role of various intellectual political trends on the other hand. Although this event is of considerable function towards the advancement of Iraq, it indicated the fundamental crises in Iraq community. The present article investigates the important intellectual political trends in these eras being under the two macro Shiite Sunnite intellectual political trends and presents their analysis affected by ThomasSprings’ theoretical pattern. The extensive investigation done in this article illustrates the disagreement of these trends with respect to the identification of crisis, its causes and elements, the favorable status as well as the ways of achieving it.

اقامت كلية الآثار /جامعة الكوفة بالتعاون مع وحدة الإرشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي ووحدة شؤون المرأة ،وبحضور معاون العميد للشؤون العلمية الدكتورة شيماء عصام البلداوي وعدد من اساتذة ومنتسبي وطلبةالكلية، محاضرة توعوية بعنوان( ترشيد استهلاك الماء) حاضر فيها المدرس الدكتور محمد حسين علي مرزة ،حيث يعتبر الماء سرّ الحياة وأساس استمرارها، وهو نعمة عظيمة ينبغي الحفاظ عليها وعدم الإسراف في استخدامها. ومع تزايد التحديات البيئية وقلة الموارد المائية في كثير من البلدان، أصبح ترشيد استهلاك الماء مسؤولية جماعية تقع على عاتق الجميع. إن الاستخدام الواعي للماء في حياتنا اليومية، مثل إصلاح التسربات، واستخدام الماء بقدر الحاجة في التنظيف والري، يساهم بشكل كبير في الحفاظ على هذه الثروة الحيوية للأجيال القادمة. إن كل قطرة ماء لها قيمة، والحفاظ عليها يعني الحفاظ على الحياة والبيئة معاً. فلنجعل من ثقافة ترشيد استهلاك الماء سلوكاً يومياً يعكس وعينا ومسؤوليتنا تجاه مجتمعنا ومواردنا.

نظمت كليةالاثار/ جامعة الكوفة بالتعاون مع وحدة الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي ومسؤولها الدكتور محمد حسين علي مرزة وباشراف الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور محمد حسين دوش معاون العميد للشؤون الادارية في يوم الجمعة الموافق ٣٠/ ١/ ٢٠٢٦حملة تطوعية لتنظيف اروقة الكليةحيث شملت الحملة تنظيف وتهئية الممرات والقاعات الدراسية وتأتي هذه الحملة ضمن الحملات المستمرة التي تنظمها الكلية كما شارك في الحملة عدد من طلبة الكلية موظفيها . وقد أكد السيد عميد الكلية الأستاذ الدكتور حميد مصطفى الياسري ان العمل التطوعي الجماعي هو الاساس المهم لبناء المجتمعات المتطورة .

بحضور عميد كلية الاثار جامعة الكوفة الاستاذ الدكتور حميد مصطفى الياسري عقدت كلية الآثار – جامعة الكوفة/ وحدة حاضنة الأعمال التكنولوجية والنظام البيئي ، ندوة تثقيفية بعنوان “ربط الجامعة بسوق العمل”، حاضر فيها م.م محمد حسين مرزة بحضور عدد من الأكاديميين والطلبة والمهتمين بالشأن التنموي. وتناول المحاضر عبر الندوة جذور مشكلة ضعف العلاقة بين الجامعة ومخرجاتها من جهة، والاقتصاد المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي من جهة أخرى، مسلطاً الضوء على السبل الكفيلة بمعالجة هذه الفجوة، بما يسهم في تفعيل الدور الحقيقي للجامعة في تنمية الدولة العراقية على المستويات الاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية. وفي ختام الندوة، تم فتح باب النقاش والإجابة على جميع أسئلة ومداخلات وتعليقات الحاضرين، وسط تفاعل إيجابي يعكس أهمية الموضوع.

شاركت كلية الاثار /جامعة الكوفة في افتتاح فعاليات المعرض الأرشادي المركزي السنوي الثاني، الذي تنظمه جامعة الكوفة في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ٤/ ٢ / ٢٠٢٥ الساعة التاسعة صباحاً في ديوان الجامعة تحت شعار (الحد من الظواهر السلبية في المجتمع،والتثقيف نحو الظواهر الايجابية)بإشراف مسؤول الوحدة دكتور محمد حسين مرزة وذلك من خلال إقامة معرض للصور الوثائقية والتراثية وعدد من المخطوطات والوثائق التاريخية وشهد معرض الكلية إقبال واسع من قبل الحضور .
