Background: COV-19, has been quickly spreading in the world, producing lung inflammation and abrupt, even deadly, pulmonary collapse , COV-19were much higher in diabetic patients than in non-diabetic patients.diabetes is one of the primary causes of illness and death, and its prevalence is projected to increase rapidly over the next several decades. This investigation sought to determine how COVID-19 influenced the levels of glucose in the blood of patients diagnosed with type 1 and type 2 diabetes (DM), as well as whether or not the levels of glucose returned to normal following a recovery period of one month. Additionally, there was a connection between ABO blood type and the severity of COV-19. Aim of study: The current study was to how COV-19 affected ABO group distribution and blood glucose levels in people who suffer from type 1 and 2 diabetes (DM). Study design : This study included ninety (90) patient divided into three groups : diabetes patient group (30) sample ( control ) , 30 sample of DM with COV-19group and 30 sample recovery from covid 19 after period one month of recovery , determination of the above mentioned blood groups was performed using manual method , and glucose levels measured of DM by diabetes device. Results: The study demonstrated a relation between blood type ABO and COV-19, with type B blood being the most influenced by COV-19 in patients with type 2 diabetes, whereas there were no significant variations between blood types in those who suffer from type 1 diabetes. In type 1, 2 diabetic patients, no significant differences in blood glucose levels were found between diabetic patients with COV-19 and the recovery group from COV-19. Conclusion : The study displayed that the severity of COV-19 disease associated with B blood type in patients who suffer from type 2 diabetes and Cov-19 has no direct impact on blood glucose levels. Key words: COVID- 19 , 1,2 type diabetic and ABO blood groups .

ABSTRACT The Aim: This work to study Histopathological Changes in the Gastrointestinal Tract of Local Chickens Infected with Parasite Choanotaenia infundibulum. Place and Duration of Study: Raillietina cesticillus samples were obtained from the veterinary hospital with the help of specialized doctors. Study Design: A total of ten domestic hens infected with Choanotaenia infundibulum were investigated between March and July 2021 at the veterinary facility in Najaf Province, Iraq Methodology: Pathologically, there was a visible enlargement of the bowel, whereas histologically, alterations were more subtle. Unmistakable signs include inflammation of the epithelial layer and an abundance of cellular infiltration. Chronic inflammation and cell fragmentation in the epithelium Results: Macular degeneration as a result of the presence of this causes the villi to become disintegrated, removing any trace of the epithelial cells that line the digestive tract's villi and glands. Conclusion: It is noted that there is a smashing of the tops of the villi, sloughing, smashing, and inflammation in the epithelial layer of a wall accompanied by a large infiltration of inflammatory cells, especially eosinophils

The investigation comprised physiological and histological exams of 70 women with Toxoplasmosis and 30 women who were not affected. Samples from 20 placentas were obtained from groups, as well as blood and physiological examinations. The findings of the current investigation displayed a fundamental increase in concentration of IP-10(133.5 ± 120) and MCP (220.9 ± 122) in blood serum of patients suffering from Toxoplasmosis infection and control group IP-10 (94.8 ± 82) and MCP (199.7 ± 76). There were histological changes in the placenta tissue in aborted women due to the rapid reproduction of the parasite, and large spaces in the tissue due to the parasite's formation of tissue bags, which resulted in the death of cells forming the placenta tissue due to the parasite's secretions and toxic substances. Abortion or congenital deformities in the pregnancy, as well as impairments to the newborn neurological system.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a novel coronavirus (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2; SARS-CoV-2), which is related to the SARS-CoV-2 and the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus, which caused serious outbreaks in 2003 and 2012. This study aimed to determine if there is an association between ABO blood types/renal failure and infection with COVID-19. Furthermore, the effects of COVID-19 infection on some blood parameters and electrolyte levels were investigated in this study. In the current study, 90 samples were obtained from males and females aged between 21-68 years old. The data were collected from September to February 2021 in a Kidney Center of Alsaader Teaching Hospital. The participants were divided into three groups (n=30) of A) kidney failure, B) kidney failure with COVID-19, and C) kidney failure with COVID-19 recovery after one month. The variables of this study included blood group types, blood electrolytes, and some blood biochemical parameters. According to the results, regarding the frequency of blood groups, in the control group, 34, 20, 14, and 36 participants belonged to the A , B, AB, and O blood groups, respectively. The recorded data showed that participants who had suffered from kidney failure and were infected with COVID-19 belonged to the A, B, AB, and O blood groups (25%, 10%, 27%, and 45%), respectively, while kidney failure patients who had recovered after one month from COVID-19 had blood groups of A, B, AB, and O (25%, 22%, 105%, and 45%, respectively). The recorded data showed a significant decrease (P<0.05) in the levels of Potassium (K), Sodium (Na), and Calcium (Ca) in the B group, compared to the A group, while the levels of K, Na, and Ca had significantly improved in group C (P<0.05), compared to group B. The Chloride level showed no significant differences among the groups. Furthermore, non-significant differences (P>0.05) were observed in the red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), and white blood cell count (WBC) in the COVID-19 group (Group B), compared to group A; however, there was a significant raise (P<0.05) in WBC and platelet (PLT), as well as a significant decrease (P<0.05) in lymphocyte (LYM), RBC, Hb, and hematocrit (HCT) in group C, compared to groups A and B. In conclusion, blood group O obtained the lowest level of resistance to COVID-19, compared to blood group A which had the highest response to recovery. The COVID-19 patients with kidney failure showed a significant decrease in blood parameters, such as RBCs, Hb, LYM, PLT, HCT, and electrolytes. ABSTRACT : The impact of EM-radiation emitted from a mobile phone on the histological structure of male rabbit testicles was investigated by monitoring the levels of FSH, LH, and testosterone in the blood of the rabbits. Twenty-four (24) mature male White New Zealand rabbits weighing 2.15–2.35 kg were utilized in this investigation and they were exposed to mobile phone radiation (Nokia 1661c) over the course of the trial. The animals were maintained under ambient settings 28-30 Co. throughout the duration of the exposure, which was 2 hours for all 10 minutes each day. The ELISA test was used to determine the levels of the above-mentioned hormones in the blood (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). At the end of the experiment, Serum Follicle Stimulating Hormones , and testosterone and Luteinizing Hormones showed no significant different (p < 0.05) of first and second groups but showed considerable reduce (p < 0.05) FSH, LH and testosterone in comparison to control group in long time exposed (third and four groups compare control). The effect of EMR on histological examination of testicular tissue was also seen, with degradation “in the seminiferous tubules and the disappearance of certain spermatozoa being the” most notable findings. When compared to the normal groups, the width of the seminiferous tubules was considerably increased in the EM – radiation groups, as was fibrosis in the interstitial tissue and the presence of fewer ledige cells (non-rradiated). Key words : Mobile phone, testis, testosterone, FSH, electromagnetic.
