Results showed of this study that Neem pesticide had significant effects on mortality of first instar nymphs which was 75.72 nymphs, meanwhile Movento pesticide had high effects on the other instars (unmoving instar and adults) which were 42.59 and 46.28% respectively. The concentration of 200 g Applaud/100 litres of water recorded the superior results in all studied instars of C. rusci which were 88.92 nymphs, 46.22 and 46.28% respectively. Results also cleared that the best results of mortality rates were appeared after 15 days of treatment which were 89.50 nymphs, 45.55 and 42.40% for each studied instar respectively. Finally, the interaction among examined factors showed significant effect on morality rate of C. rusci and the highest rate was recorded was in the treatment (Movento x 200 g Applaud/100 litres of water x 15 days) which was 119 nymphs, 88.8 and 91.50% for 1st nymphal instar, unmoving nymphal instar and adults respectively.

This study conduct in Al-Muthanna governorate to assess five concentrations of Bacillus thurngensisagonist Hyperapostica . The results showed the presence of Bacillus thurngensisin all the studied sites of Lake Sawa in Muthanna Governorate, and the rates of its presence were close to the same sites, and the rate of its presence in those sites was 35%, and its highest rate was recorded in the north and east of the lake, as it reached 40% and the lowest amounted to 30% in the two sites south and west site. The results of the study showed that five concentrations were taken from bacterial isolates of B. thuringiensisdiffered in the rates of killing larvae, pupae and adults of the insect Hyperapostica in vitro, Where the concentrate 1.7 × 10 ³ spore/ml was characterized by a higher killing ratecompared to the four studied concentrations, the killing rates were (75.750, 71.080, 69.79, 64,361, 49.117 and 42,060)% for the first larval instar, the second larval instar, the third larval instar, the fourth larval instar, and the pupae, respectively, and the lowest killing rate recorded 6.873% at concentration 0.64 × 10 ⁷ after 24 hours of treatment.

A series of experiments were conducted in the laboratory in Agriculture College– University of Kufa to reveal the effect of chemical, physical and biological control methods on the growth of plant Ceratophyllum dermersum L. Results showed that was found that the chemical treatments had a large effect on growth of the plant Ceratophyllum dermersum. The fresh and dried weights, branches and lengths of plant were starting to decrease gradually when the herbicide (Diquat) concentrations increase. The effect of herbicide starts in the treatment 4 mg/L. Meanwhile, the using different concentrations of turbidity lead to decrease of plant growth. The effect of this material starts from 1 g/L concentration. Also, Results showed that the increase of grass carp fish was lead to decrease of fresh and dried weights, branches and length of plant. Using 3 grass carp fish cause the effect on plant growth. Results, also, showed significant effect of previous control methods when it used to control of C. demersum in integrated control program

This study was conducted in five tomato's farms in desert region in Najaf province to find the alternative hosts of South American tomato moth Tuta absoluta in addition to study the relation between this insect and other arthropods that infected tomato plants and effect on parasitism of insect.Results showed that broad bean, cowpea and wild radish were new alternative hosts of T.absoluta that recorded to the first time in Iraq and World, in addition to eggplants and tomato. The highest percent of infection was recorded in favorite host (tomato plants). The study also showed that there was significant relation between the infection of white flies and T.absoluta and recorded that the increasing of tomato infection with white fly leaded to decreased the infestation with T.absoluta. The same case happened with infection of tomato plant with dust mites

Results showed that the concentration (2) gm/L of Eucalyptus alcoholic extract was gave the highest inhibition of plant parameters, the values of fresh and dry weight of plant and length of samples was (3.4 gm, 0.39 gm, 4.33 cm) compared with control treatment that gave the highest values (12.1 gm, 3.01 gm, 14.11 cm) respectively. Herbicide Diquat concentration (4 ml/L.) gave inhibition effect on the indicator of growth , the value was (1.00 gm, 0.09 gm, 1.00 cm) to each fresh and dry weight and length of samples compared with control treatment (11.11 gm, 4.66 gm, 13.11 cm) respectively. The comparison between optimum concentration to each of extract and herbicide showed that the herbicide had more affected than extract and it gave (0.8 gm, 0.05 gm, 0.6 cm) to previous parameters.

قامت اللجنة المؤلفة من الاستاذ الدكتور جمال حسين كاظم والمدرس الدكنور خضير عباس عزيز بزيادة الى حقل الطالبة منتهى سبع في محافظة كربلاء قضاء الحر وقد اثنت اللجنة على جهود الطالبة واتباعها للمنهج العلمي.
