Abstract
The objective of the study was to prepare exercises for developing special capabilities (weightlifting, rubber clothing), and determining the influence of the exercises on the achievements of younger runners, who were 100m, in which the researchers employed the experimental approach (and the creation of two equal experimental groups with pre/ post-test). The study has selected young riders (16-17) and (7) players for the 100m sprint competition. For the research experiment, they were divided by three players for each of the first (weight) and second (rubber ropes) experimental groups, each with a total of (18) trials per player and representation of young riders at the 100-meter sprint competition in the central region of the Euphrates. The data were extracted after statistical treatment after the test and measurement of the research variables. The researchers came up with several results, the main ones being:
o Weight training was more beneficial than (rubber rope) workouts to develop leg strength with speed and explosive ability and boost competition performance.
o There are no significant differences in building the strength characteristic of the quick arms for (100) m junior runners between (weightlifting) and (rubber rope) activities.
Then the researchers recommended:
o The coaches of speed competitions must use appropriate exercises that effectively develop the special abilities and improve the runners’ achievement.

AbstractThe study aimed to prepare exercises (stairs, weight) to develop the physical abilities of the muscles of the legs and to know the impact of the exercises in improving the achievement of the long jump competition for young people, during which the researchers used the experimental approach (and by designing the two equal experimental groups with pre and posttests) to suit the nature of the problem and reach the achievement of the research goals. After the research community identified the young players for the long jump competition, whose ages ranged between (18-19) years, they were divided for the purposes of the search experience by (4) players for each of the first experimental (ladders) and the second experimental (gravity) research groups and each player was given (3) Attempts with a total of (12) attempts per group and they represent the young players for the long jump competition in the provinces of the Middle Euphrates. After completing the testing and measurement process for the research variables, the results of the research were extracted after statistical treatment. Including the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which were the following: The (stairs) exercises to develop some physical abilities of the muscles of the legs were more influential in the development of (explosive ability, the force characterized by speed, the maximum speed) and the achievement of the competition compared to the exercises used in the (weighting) method.

AbstractThe study’s objective was to devise explosive exercises with varying resistances to develop the unique abilities of advanced discus throwers and determine their effect on competition performance. The researchers used the experimental method to solve the problem and accomplish the research objectives. The research community identified advanced discus throwers (aged 20 and up). They were divided for the research experiment by (3) archers for each group, and training from the maximum resistance (the first group at a rate of (30 per cent), the second (40 per cent), and the third (50 per cent), and each thrower was given (12) attempts for each test with a total of (36) a total of (36) a total of (36) a total of (36) a total of The results were extracted after the testing and measurement process for the variables under study was completed. The researchers drew various findings from it, the most important of which was as follows:
• The explosive workouts with resistance (40%) for the second group were more effective in developing the explosive ability of the arms and legs and boosting competition achievement, followed by the third group (50%) and then the first group (30%).
• The explosive workouts with resistance (30%) for the first group were more effective in building agility, followed by the second group (40%) and finally the third group (50%).
Among them, the researchers recommended several points, the most important of which are:
• They determine the best resistance ratios in the special explosive exercises for the throwing competitions, which achieve the best achievements.

Abstract
The psychological factors that affect any person in one way or another, whether on the pattern of his behavior or the level of his achievement. Since psychological anxiety is currently considered one of the important elements that may affect the level of achievement of athletes, the researcher found that there is a need to know the relationship between anxiety and achievement for the 100-meter effectiveness. And the research objective recognizing the relationship between psychological anxiety and achievement for the Baghdad University team in the arena and the field for the 100-meter event, The research community included (20) players, (15) players were selected from among them to represent the research community, after deporting (5) as an pilot sample.
After collecting and extracting the data, it was processed statistically to reach the most important conclusions : The greater the physical and psychological preparation of the athlete, the more anxiety turns into a positive influence that works to produce greater energy and achieve the goal.

AbstractThe study’s goal was to know the most important physical and agility of (60) metres young riders and to know how the most important physical and motor skills lead to the end of the (60) metres of competition for young riders. The research community identified young runners for the (60) m competition in the central Euphrates provinces, whose number is (13) runners. A sample of (12) runners was randomly selected from them, and each runner was given (6) attempts so that the sample size becomes (72) attempts.
After completing the process of testing and measuring the search variables, the research results were extracted after statistical treatment. From them, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which were the following:
- The achievement of five physical and motor skills most necessary for young riders (explosive capabilities of both men, distinctive strength of both legs of the speed and distinctive strength of the speed, versatility of both legs of the arm, agility) out of (9) physical and engine abilities) to complete the (60) metre competition.
The researchers came up with recommendations, the most important of which are:
It is necessary to know the most important physical and motor abilities to accomplish the young runners of the 60-meter Sprint competition.
- It is necessary to focus on developing the essential elements of runners, especially the most important in performing speed competitions, including (the explosive ability of the two men, and the distinctive strength of speed of the legs and arms, flexibility of the legs, agility).
