The objective of the research is to identify the impact of the use of the brainstorming strategy in developing the skills of the integrated e-learning/Ingria University of Kufa/teaching cadre .The researcher used the analytical descriptive method of describing, studying, analyzing and producing specific results from fixed facts to provide solutions to the problem of research. The researcher also used resolution as a tool for collecting data from the vocabulary of the research community, where the teaching cadre at Kufa University represents the research sample community. The main findings of the research include: Integrated eeducation is one of the key elements in the progress of the educational institution and of sober science. It is the organized process that involves actions and actions that take place through exchange of new ideas between the educational institution (ministry and university) and the professor. The aim of education is to bring about the desired change in the behavior of the learner. To achieve the objectives of resethe arch, the university professor's role in educational attitudes should be activated, and the teaching body should be motivated to generate new creative ideas on certain subjects by seeking correct answers or possible solutions to issues brought to their attention by the educational institution. and developing teaching skills on e-learning tools and methods according to the correct strategic direction. The second researcher dealt with the microscopic aspect of research variables. The third researcher was devoted to the discussion of the field aspect of research and validation of its hypotheses. Finally, the fourth researcher devoted to the findings and recommendations of the research. One of the most important conclusions was to conduct studies similar to the current study, applying the test strategy. The researcher recommended using the e-brainstorming strategy of the built-in learning environment to respect and appreciate the views of others, as well as to benefit from the ideas of others by developing and building upon it. .
