ABSTRACT The research aims to measure the return and risk in the Iraq Stock Exchange according to the modern portfolio theory (MPT) and postmodern portfolio theory (PMPT) and identify its difference. The study was recognized with several questions, the most important of which: "Is there a difference in measuring the return and risk between the modern portfolio theory and the postmodern portfolio theory?" The companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange were tested to answer this question. Seventy-two companies registered in the Iraq Stock Exchange from 2006 to 2019 has been selected for this research sample. The accreditation was done on many financial and statistical indicators to analyze and interpret the results using Excel. According to the postmodern portfolio theory, the study found an apparent discrepancy in the values of the return and risk indicators compared to the modern portfolio theory due to the different philosophies and calculation methods in the portfolio's construction. This study can facilitate further studies and the investors looking forward to investing in the Iraqi stock exchange. Abstract Many countries have recently been exposed to terrorist operations. However, Iraq was one of the most affected by those operations which carried out by the ISIS terrorist organization. This reflected negatively on all aspects of life, including the financial sector and specifically Iraqi banks of all its kinds, which negatively reflected on the performance of many banks. For the purpose of diagnosing the performance of some banks in the period following the ISIS occupation of parts of Iraq in (2014), our study attempted to recognize the performance of some commercial banks in the previous period and during the terrorist occupation of parts of Iraq and diagnose the time series to take into account in the future researches. To this end, we used the data of (11) Iraqi commercial banks for the period (2011-2016). the purpose of the research, the period was divided into two time series. First one from (2011-2013), the period which preceding the ISIS terrorist operations. The second time series from (2014-2016), The period in which the ISIS terrorist operations were prevalent. We relied in the analysis on some of the banking performance indicators, and concluded to many results. One of them that the Iraqi banking sector in general has been negatively affected by the ISIS terrorist operations, which was clearly reflected in the return on assets, the return on equity and the net interest margin, as well as increased borrowing by the banking sector to face obligations for Immediate withdrawal of deposits. The literature suggests that leadership positively affects the overall performance of organizations, as the search results show that the Servant leadership virtuous characteristics of its indicators have been to a degree ,The administrative Servant leadership in educational institutions is high, because the administrative leader contributes to To obtain the necessary qualifications for his work with him. It encourages others to take the lead Initiative. Studies also pointed to intellectual capital, which leads to easy access to customers and investors, thereby enhancing the overall performance of organizations. Tests for this study will determine whether the Servant leadership is performing To promote intellectual capital, In this study, the relationship between the Servant leadership of the Khidmah, which was formed by six indicators, was examined: Conceptual skills, empowerment, concern for subordinates for development and success, acting ethic, emotional treatment and commitment to community development and its relationship to intellectual capital. A random sample of the staff of Kufa University was taken and made up of (127)staff members. Hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Program (SPSS V20), which found that Servant leadership practices are positively reflected in the organization's retention of intellectual capital. A positive impact on the Servant leadership of intellectual capital has been achieved, and the research organization must consider the practice of leading methods leading to the retention of intellectual capital.

Abstract The main objective of this research is to build a sustainable health organization and to develop sustainability business through green training. To achieve this objective, the researchers surveyed the opinions of a number of employees who work at Najaf Health Directorate headquarter. The research community is (250) employees. The sample of the study is (155) analyzable valid responses. The researcher analyzed the data collected using tests and statistical methods powered by the (SPSS v.24) program. The study adopted one main hypothesis and three subhypotheses, which are the influence relationship among the variables of research. The hypotheses are to review the sustainability dimensions of the health organization, and the extent to which green training affect these dimensions. Finally, the research came up with a set of conclusions, the most important being that sustainability in the health organization is inevitable and not voluntary actions to engage the community's concerns and environmental concerns, as the lack of sustainability of the health organization means transforming it from an organization that tries to relieve the burden and pain of members of society to a bomb timethreatening ecological health. The recommendations touch the needs of the Directorate. The most important recommendation is to increase the number of the green training programs in a way that promotes the sustainability of the health organization. In addition, the research recommends adopting this concept (the green training) in the annual training plans. Keywords: Green Training, Sustainable Health Organization, ecological health.

تعامل البحث مع المرونة المالية كمتغير مستقل وهشاشة النظام المصرفي كمتغير تابع, وقد طبق البحث في عينة من المصارف التجارية الخاصة في محافظتي بغداد والنجف الاشرف.

لخلاصة تعاملت الدراسة مع الموجودات غير العاملة كمتغير تفسيري , ومع الاستقرار المصرفي كمتغير استجابي من خلال مؤشرين هما (العائد على الموجودات , تغطية السيولة) . وقد هدفت الدراسة اختبار علاقات التأثير بين الموجودات غير العاملة والاستقرار المصرفي, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من القطاع المصرفي التجاري الخاص في العراق, إما عينة الدراسة فقد كانت عينة عمديه , إذ تم اختيار عينة من ( 8 ) مصارف, لسلسلة زمنية امتدت ما بين(2007- 2015) وتضمنت الدراسة فرضيتين للاختبار علاقات التأثير بين متغيراتها. تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام المعادلات المالية وبعض الأساليب الإحصائية بالاعتماد على مجموعة من البرامجيات الجاهزة كبرنامج (SPSS.V.20) وقد أظهرت النتائج تطابق فرضيتي الدراسة وهذا يعود للتأثير السلبي والواضح للموجودات غير العاملة على كلاً من العائد على الموجودات وتغطية السيولة مما يجعل المصارف المبحوثة في وضع ينذر بالمخاطرة
