Organic wastes of plant straws recycled as an economical nutrient to enriched soils. The Black tea (Camellia Sinensis) used as one of nutrients organic. This study used the Back tea as nutrients media for P.fluorescense, The experiment was conducted during 2017 -2018 season on green house in the College of Science /Kufa University, the levels 2,4,8,10,15g wastes of Back tea/kgsoil mixed with 25ml ofBiologics P.fluorescense. The seeds mixed with sterilized soil, three replicates per concentration and 3 pots planted with non –black tea as control. The results showed the increased of percentage of germination 98.9% at 15 g/kg,The results showing a high level of chlorophyll A andchlorophyll B which reached the highest value at both concentrations (15 and 10 g / kg soil),the highest weight of the vegetative and root part of wheat plant at the concentration 15g ̸ kg soil, carbohydrate and Proline had a significant decreased comparing with control. Key words:Camellia sinensis, P.fluorescense. Wastes agriculture, Triticum.
Thirty bacterial isolates were obtained from 20 oil contaminated soil samples from various automobile work shops, cars fuel stations,of three different areasinAl-Najaf city. About 18 isolate suspected to belong to genus Bacillus. All these isolates were subjected to microscopic examination and cultural characteristics, about 12 isolate belonged to genus Bacillus subtilis. 2 isolate were selected for the purpose of knowing their ability to produce biosurfactant. All these isolates were screened for their ability for biosurfactant production through blood haemolysis activity on blood agar indicated that all isolates were β -haemolysis, the safety of the extract was studied on white rats tissues including liver, kidney, spleen and intestine. The results showed no damage to tissue compared with control treatment.
Coronavirus disease 20193was officiallydetected in China,Wuhan city in Decemberh2019 (Chappel, 2020). Itis a severe acute respiratory syndrome corona1virus, the explosion of it hasbeen diffuse to most countries, spreading2in various countries were diversity depends on7various aspects (Kiesha et0al.,2020),nThere are manyh factors that may involve to7the increasedndeath rates of,Covid-191and this search considered8the basic factors which7have a moral or significant effect on9the world death barrier due6to Covid-19
Buccal minor salivary glands are continuously produced saliva ,which is important to lubricate the buccal mucosa.Buccal glands were collected from thirty adult male rabbits. Wall of cheek were removed from anesthetized rabbits at the place of buccal glands. Paraffin sections stained of the glands were stained by H and E stain, PAS reaction and alcian blue (pH 2.5) stain. Immunocytochemistry tostain actin myofilaments of myoepithelial cell were applied. It’s were mixed glands, but predominantly mucous in rabbit. The serous cells were represented by demilunes capping mucous tubules together with small number of serous acini. The myoepithelial cells (MECs) were seen around the mucous secretory units and around the intercalated ducts and striated ducts .The MECs were positively stained immunohistochemically for actin myofilaments. The cells secreotory mucous acini estimation of number and diamstter of ducts and thickest of connective tissue as well as number of acinimucous, serous acini and intercalated ductsand describe of the MECs
Abstract. The callus induction by use 1.5mg/l of α-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) as auxin and 2mg/l of BA as cytokinins were added to MS medium that prepared as above before sterilize step. Sodium Chloride and Lysine effect on callus induction and growth of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.).Five concentration of Sodium Chloride Salts (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8) were added to the culture medium and five concentrations of lysine (0, 10, 20, 30and 40mg/l) added to cultured medium. Results showed that NaCl at (2g/l) increased callus induction, fresh weight, dry weight and potassium ions of callus. The study also showed that (2 g \l) of NaCl was signification increased Sodium and Chloride ions of callus. Lysine (Lys) effect on callus characteristics:-The treatment 40mg\l outperformed of the rest treatments including control by gave the highest values of callus fresh and dry weights, as well as ions, soluble carbohydrates
Abstract: 102 bacterial isolates were obtained from 40 oil contaminated soil samples from various automobile workshops, cars fuel stations, oil refineries of five different areasinIraq. All these isolates were subjected , to molecular identification based on the 16S rDNA by two sets of primers (B16SF and B16SR),(27Fand1492R),from these isolates 51 of the identified isolates belonged to Bacillus subtilis.Maximumbiosurfactant production from these isolates was found in 8 isolates symbol (S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8) , it was achieved by using olive oil, ammonium sulfate,at pH 7.0 ,30ºC and incubation period for 72 hrs.
An un conventional technique was developed for a preliminary screening of some pathogens on the basis of their sensitive to garlic (Allium sativum), it was found that aqueous garlic extract were possess a potent bacteriostatic principle against some species of Enterobacteriaceae. In agar medium, high inhibition zone in garlic were 40 mm for Shigella dysenteriae, 38 mm for E.coli and 36 mm for Salmonella typhi.
This research was carried out for the purpose of isolation and identification of fungi. Isolation of diabetic patients with foot ulcers using various detection methods, including direct examination and laboratory culture. 30 foot ulcers were collected from diabetic patients at AL-Hashimiya General Hospital in Babylon during the period from January 2024 to March 2024. The percentage of women and men was as follows: women (17) 15 (62.5%) infected, 2 (33.33%) uninfected, and men (13) 9 (37.5%) infected, 4 (66,%) 67) uninfected infected between the ages of 15-70

As ear infections are among the most common bacterial infections, the goal of this study was to investigate the associations between interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interferon (IFN-γ), and "macrophage in- flammatory protein" MIP-1α levels in ear infections caused by Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. 160 ear swabs and blood specimens from patients with ear infections, ages 10 to 70, are collected as part of the protocol. An additional 100 samples are taken from healthy individuals to serve as Mia control group. On blood agar and MacConkey agar plates, each swab sample was cultured, and the plates were then in- cubated for 24 hours at 37 degrees Celsius in an aerobic atmosphere. An "Enzyme-Linked Immunosor- bent Assay (ELISA) kit", the amounts of human IL-1β, IFN-γ, and MIP-1α were measured in Ear infec- tions patients. The results showed that 6.25 percent of the examined samples had positive S. maltophilia tests.
