The study was designed to follow up the therapeutic effect on some hormonal disorders for a random sample
of (96) mothers from married women suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) went away. They are
between 16 and 35 years old and suffer from poor fertility, infertility, acne and unwanted hair. Increased body
weight and irregular ovulation are considered among the most important symptoms of this disease. The
occurrence of hormonal imbalance .It led to PCOS in women, especially those of reproductive age, as each
patient’s examinations were followed up before treatment and after (6) months of taking the treatment, every
(3) months, the results we obtained after every three months of treatment were compared. Treatment with
the results of patients’ examinations in the pre-treatment stage through a treatment plan based on pattern
modification .The patient's nutritional life is achieved by following a healthy diet and giving treatment,
including oral contraceptives and medications with Fertility and the use of sugar reducers such as (Glucophage
or Metformine), the results of the analysis showed that the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), Testosterone,
(LH) luteinizing hormone, PRL, and Prolactin showed a significant decrease after (3) months of taking the
treatment. The significant decrease in the same hormones continued after (6) months of continuing to take
the treatment compared to some stage, before treatment, while progesterone showed a significant increase
after (3) months and (6) months. The patients continued to take the treatment compared to the pre-treatment
stage, the positive results we obtained after continuous treatment for a long period without interruption had
the effect of improving ovulation and recording cases of first pregnancy times among the studied samples.
