this study was completed in the animal house of the collage science \Department of biology-University of kufa ,investigate the toxic influences of Zearalenone which caused by fungi that were existing in some grains such as wheat ,Rice and Maize. As well as detect pathological effecting and made test was activity of thermally killing Lacto coccus lactis Sub sp. Cremoris bacteria(that isolating from dairy products particular cheese) . Results of present study also indicating that toxic effects on the studies parameters were effected the Zearalenone on the WBCs in treatment animals with toxin only higher and with significant result than other treatments. In ZEA toxin treated reached to 14×103 cell\ml3,it ,s value highest than control treatment 8×103 cell\ml3,while it was stayed in normal range in thermally killed bacteria reach to 8.5× 103 cell\ml3 and treatment together ZEA and bacteria about 13.2× 103 cell\ml3 ,it's lower than ZEA toxin only, it was caused effect of red blood corpuscles RBCs decreased than natural value it was( 4× 10 6 and in control was 5.8×10 6) corpuscles\ ml3 respectively ,while killed bacteria reach only and ZEA with killing bacteria reached to 5×10 6 corpuscles\ ml3. Also see the toxin reduced hemoglobin levels in animals that dealing with ZEA toxin only amounted (9.5 ,while control treated to12 ,and 11.8 in bacteria only)g\100ml respectively was accepted control treatment .Appear 12.6g\100ml in toxin with bacteria there is little increased than control treated was in lowest value in toxin only 33% than reach in control to 38.5%.PCV in thermally killed bacteria was 36.9%,it is lesser than control ,while in ZEA and thermally killed it was 36.9% it is greater than normal value. There is significant discrimination between treatments, in ZEA toxin RBCs decrease than normal values it was 4*106 corpuscles/ml3, in control treatment was 5.8*106 corpuscles/ml3,in killed bacteria only treatment was 5*106 corpuscles/ml3 it near the control value, in ZEA and killed bacteria was 5.6*106 corpuscles/ml3 it also near to the control. On the other side appear the significant result in total protein in treatment of ZEA toxin only, so it was 7.2 g/ml, while in control treatment was 5.8 g/ml, in treatment of thermally killed bacteria only was 6.4, in both ZEA toxin and thermally killed bacteria was 7.1 g/ml.
Histological influences of the Zearalenone on the reproductive organs and liver were caused pathological changes ,it, s represented by the acute necrosis of hepatocytes, Glomerulus atrophy and shrinkage, nephron tubules damage in kidney .Endometrium atrophy in uterus was occur ,follicalscystosis revealed in ovary, the goal of research that used thermally killing bacteria to productive on all organs includes (kidney,liver,small intestines ,spleen and ovary).
