The principle of dynamic carpooling is in local real-time to send the "user-carpooler." If we choose to travel with standard vehicles, we can contact the service a few minutes before departure. The service then searches for the best driver to give the desired car-sharing service on the chosen route. In recent years, there has been growing creation of modern information and communication technology, particularly with the growth of the Internet and mobile telephones. New knowledge and networking systems are therefore closely linked with the changing area of mobility.

Iraq includes many cities that contain archaeological sites dating back to different historical periods, such as Baghdad, Babylon and others. These sites suffer from many problems as a result of neglect and attacks that led to the demolition of part of the archaeological sites and historical buildings in them. Hence the importance of preserving these historical and archaeological sites

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are ingrained in our daily lives and represent the transportation industry's future. They enable us to address some of our society's most pressing issues, such as traffic safety and pollution reduction. Transport in the future will be routed autonomously. It will not contribute to pollution in the atmosphere and will provide drivers with more comfort

يهدف هذا البحث الى تحليل مسالة التأكيد على ان تحرير النقل الجوي في البلدان الطرفية من شأنه تحسين خدماتها الجوية، وبالتالي الربط بينها وبين النظام العالمي. و لتحقيق هذه الغرض لقد قمنا بتحليل عدد من الاتفاقيات الحرة بين الدول الطرفية و دول المركز و بيان تأثيرها على عرض النقل الجوي. و حصيلةً لهذا التحليل لقد ظهرت لنا نتائج متباينة، فقد زاد العرض الجوي في هذه الدول و لكن بنسبة اكبر مع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية و اقل مع دول اخرى من جانب. و من جانب اخر شهدنا ازدياد عدد كبير في خدمة النقل الجوي لعدد من الدول المرتبطة باتفاقية ثنائية.

ان خريطة المفاهيم للنقل الحيوي في المناطق الحضرية تكشف عن المحددات التي تؤثر على النقل الحيوي، ومن هذه المحددات هي البيئة العمرانية التي تتألف من الأراضي والبنية التحتية للطرق التي تعتبر أحد المحددات الرئيسية لنقل فعال في المناطق الحضرية. و بالاضافة الى البيئة العمرانية توجد سلسلة من المفاهيم التي تحدد أنظمة النقل التي تتمثل بالسياسة العامة والأفراد و التي تؤثر على التخطيط الحضري و النقل
