Abstract
Aim of the study: Estimate the commemoration and calculus deletion during hexidine ,zak and biofresh mouth wash and To compare hexidine ,zak and biofresh mouth wash in everyday use, mostly in relation to commemoration deletion and gingival health. Stain, calculus deletion .
Materials and Methods: A randomized blinded precise provisional with 50 healthy human agrees of age group 18-25 years was carried out. The topics were randomly dispensed to 3 groups i.e., group A –hexidine mouth rinse with and without dentifrice, Group B –zak mouth wash with and without dentifrice and group C–biofresh mouth wash with and without dentifrice. Commemoration accumulation and gingival condition were recorded using commemoration .
Results: ruel commemoration and gingival scores were condensed over the 3 week trial period for all groups by hexidine ,zak and biofresh mouth wash resulted in a cruel commemoration decline of hexidine mouth wash of 60% . biofresh mouth wash in a cruel commemoration decline of 50%. Zak mouth wash in a cruel commemoration decline of 45%
Discussion: This decrease in commemoration to nearly 60 percent for hexidine wash{ P-value > 0.05}, 50 percent for biofresh wash{ P-value > 0.05} and Zak mouth wash in a cruel 45 percent decrease in commemoration{ P-value > 0.05}.
