The current study was conducted in the animal house of the College of
Education for Girls / University of Kufa, and the study aimed to know the effect of
the nano-extract (zinc oxide) of the seeds of the Annona squamosa plant on the
histological structure of the testes in male white rats with ages ranging (8-9) weeks
and weights (230-244g). Which were divided into three groups, each group included
10 rats. The first group is the control group and the second group is the group that was
treated with the nano-extract of the seeds of the A.squamosa plant at a concentration
(120mg/kg), the third group is the group that was treated with the nano-extract from
the seeds of the A.squamosa plant at a concentration (200mg/kg) daily for 30 and 45
days and after the end of The first experiment (30) days was sacrificed half of the
number of rats and tissue sections of the testes were made, and after the end of the
second experiment (45) days, the other half was sacrificed and the tissue sections of
the testes were made. The results of the histological study of the testes of white rats
treated with the nano-extract of the seeds of the A.squamosa (120) for the periods 30
and 45 days showed the normal structure of the testes and the absence of pathological
histological changes.
