''Racist Discourse'' is related to the pragma-discoursal devices which are utilized by the racist media to actualize broader pragma-discoursal aims taking in consideration the effects of the racial language on the speech communities in all the fields of politics, economy, religion, sociology…etc. Then this study manifests the close relationship between the pragma-discoursal, cognitive and ideological theories in order to set the pragma discoursal – approach of this study that has an important impact on the ethno-racial minorities embodied in the selected English and Arabic media texts under study
