15.02.2020ABSTRACTThe use of pyrethroids in the treatment of plant infection and its effecton the environment and human has been got great attention. Thepresent study aimed to evaluate the protective role of vitamincombination against the testicular damage. Methods twenty sevenAdult male rats were used in this study. They treated with 5μg.Lambdacyhalothrin solution Animals The animal treated daily forfourteen days, The number of spermatogonia, primary and secondaryspermatocyte were counted for 20 semniferous tubule for eachtreated and control group. Conclusion the result showed that thesection of testes in treated animal with Lambdacyhalothrin appearedreduction in the spermatogenesis process and there. While thetestes of animal treated with vitamin combination and with Lambdacyhalothrin it Shows un affected tubules which was contain

One of theseinsecticides is the pyrethroids lambdacyhalothrin whichinclude the characteristic group of pyrethrin-likecompound with a better distinctive performance which isused globally[1-5] .Pyrethroids are synthetic analogues ofpyrethrins I, the naturally occurring insecticides extractedfrom the dried flowers of Chrysanthemumcinerariaefolium [4-7]. Pyrethroids can be grouped intotwo large categories [8,9]. The first Type (e.g. allethrin, permethrin) not have a cyano moiety. The second type ofpyrethroids (e.g. deltamethrin, fenvalerate andcyhalothrin) with a group of cyano group. Pyrethroidinsecticide is broadly used in the most recent two decadesof many Arabic countries [2,10]. Unintended contact withpyrethroids caused by an advertent use. workers in thefactories produced the previously mentioned insecticidein addition to farmers are in danger of contact[14].Recently the side effect of pyrethroid insecticides tohuman and animals has conventional attention in thecurrent period. Animals which are exposed to theseinsecticides demonstrate alternative in their physiologicalactivities and other pathological sign ,also they may affectthe human reproductive organs or by indirect toxicity byintervention with the function of hormones[8,11].Several studies have shown that a different types ofpesticides, can caused serious problems in both male andfemale animals, including infertility even when they usedin low concentrations [11-15] Vitamin E is present in fattyFoods and, its lipophilic so it allows being stored withinthe fatty tissues[16].All the different homologues invarying proportions among the tocopherols, the alpha-and gamma-tocopherols are present in the serum and inthe erythrocytes[7, 17-20].The function of vitamin E isthe protects tissues from the oxidative stress. Vitamin Einhibits the production of reactive oxygen after theoxidation or formation of fats of free radical [21].VitaminA is a group of lipophilic biomolecules which is importantto complete many vital biological function. Vitamin A,may play a role as a hormone-like growth factor forepithelial tissue and many other cell in the human body[21]. vitamin A is utilized therapeutically for treatment ofmany cases such as dermatological disturbances, immunodeficiency, and leukemia, and in reduction oftoxicity by increasing glutathione-S transferase (GST)enzyme activity [22-25].The other important vitamin isvitamin D3 The pharmacological properties of vitamin D3have congregate much attention, especially in the previousdecades due to the delineation of its exact molecularpharmacodynamics. A number of analogs are beingproduced to extend the utility of this metabolite to adiversity of non-classic conditions [4].So the present studyaimed to focus on the role of the vitamin combinationsagainst the toxicity of pyrithroid, pestcside, lymdhacylothrin in laboratory rats .SUBJECTS AND METHODSLaboratory animalTwenty one Adult male Wistar rats each with 130- 150gweight and 12 weeks age were used in this study. Theanimals were maintained in the animal house of facultypharmacy, university of kufa and were maintained in acontrolled environment the room temperature was (22 ± 2◦C and with a 12 h light/dark cycle and water wereavailable ad libitum. Lambdacyhalothrin solution wasbought from local market 0.5ml diluted d by add it to 5 ml
