Concerning 80% of adult female accompanied by multiple cysts on ovarian endure from menstrual dysfunction (oligo- menorrhea, an abnormal absence of menstruation) during several mark in their sexual life and in this study (regular and irregular menstrual cycle). Regular menstrual cycle (middle extent of the menstrual cycle amidst 22 and 41 days. Either none or extreme of 1 menstrual peroids with length<22 or>41 days through the former year. Irregular cycle (middle extent of the menstrual cycle admist 22 and 41 days. Two or more menstrual peroids with length<22 or>41 days through the former year. Multiple cysts on ovarian condition is a sex hormone disorders that can influence on marital satisfaction of affected married women. The objectives of this study is assessing the levels of LH hormone according to menstrual cycle state, marital state and height. method :37adult female were diagnosed with multiple cysts on ovarian condition and19 control women recruited from Abbas AL-Nafakh laboratory in AL-Najaf AL-Ashraf city during the period from4\1\2021to9\3\2021. Patients with multiple cysts on ovarian condition were divided into groups according to menstrual cycle (regular and irregular group), marital state (married and unmarried) and height. Results: the results of this study revealed a significant increase (P<0. 05) in LH hormone level in adult female with multiple cysts on ovarian condition in comparing with control group. This treatise also showed a significant difference (P<0. 05) in LH hormone level between regular and irregular group in women with multiple cysts on ovarian condition. Also, in this treatis this results also suggest no significant variances (P>0. 05) between married group and unmarried group in adult female with multiple cysts on ovarian condition and also there no significant variances (P>0. 05) between wedded and unwed group in control women, while it was found a significant variances (P<0. 05) in wedded group between patients and control women and also it was found a significant difference (P<0. 05) in unmarried group between patients and control women. Finally the present study have been shown positive correlation (P<0. 05) between LH hormone level and height in women with multiple cysts on ovarian condition.

Primary thrombocytopenia or idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (lTP) is an autoimmune disorder of unknown condition and thrombocytopenia that a result of a known condition called secondary thrombocytopenia. FCGR llb is sort of Fc gamma receptors FcgRs are receptors for (IgG), FcyRIIb is that the only inhibitory FcyR who particularly expressed about B-cells. FcgR llb move vital roles in pathophysiology regarding the many autoimmune disorder like thrombocytopenia. The study was applied on 85 people aged 20 to 69 year; 65 patients' group with thrombocytopenia and 30 healthy group as a control group in Holy-Najaf. The group of patients was divided into subgroups based on gender, age, body mass index (BMl), primary and secondary thrombocytopenia. The complete blood count was examined for all patients group and healthy group. FCGR llb serum level was significantly decrease (P< 0.05) in thrombocytopenia patients compared than controls. Primary thrombocytopenia shows significant decrease (P< 0.05) in FCGR llb serum than secondary thrombocytopenia. The results exhibited non a significant increase (P>0.05) in serum FCGR level in female patients group compared with male patients' group. Also the results indicated non-significant differences (P>0.05) in serum FCGR llb level of patients at different ages group and different types of body mass index (normal weight, over weight and obese weight) respectively The results of correlation and linear regression indicated significant positive correlation (P< 0.05) between FCGR llb and platelets concentrations and non-significant negative (P>0.05) correlation between FCGR llb and leucocyte counts in primary thrombocytopenia while non-significant positive correlation between FCGR llb and platelets concentrations and a significant positive correlation (P<0.05) between FCGR llb and leucocytes counts of secondary thrombocytopenia. The serum FCGR llb level was considerably related with platelets counts in lTP so a useful indicator for lTP.

Primary thrombocytopenia or idiopathic or immune thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP) is an autoimmune disorder of unknown cause affecting both children and adults and thrombocytopenia that a result from a known condition is called secondary thrombocytopenia. The B-Cell-Activating Factor (BAFF) belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily are key actors for the B-cell survival then the immune responses concerning mature B-cells, BAFF and APRIL are concerned of the pathogenesis of a variety of human autoimmune diseases. To discover the pathophysiologic characteristic concerning BAFF within thrombocytopenia we investigated serum level of BAFF ITP and secondary thrombocytopenia. The study was applied on 85 people aged 20 to 69 year; 65 patients group with thrombocytopenia and 30 healthy group as a control group. The group of patients was divided into subgroups based on gender, age, body mass index (BMI), primary and secondary thrombocytopenia. The complete blood count were examined for all patients group and healthy group. BAFF serum level was significantly decrease (P<0.05) in thrombocytopenia patients than controls. The results of correlation and linear regression indicated a significant negative (P<0.05) correlation between BAFF and platelets and significant positive(P<0.05) correlation between BAFF and leucocytes counts in primary thrombocytopenia, while significant positive(P<0.05) correlation between BAFF and platelets concentrations and non-significant positive (P>0.05) correlation BAFF and leucocytes counts in secondary thrombocytopenia. Current study was aimed to determine BAFF which can be used for diagnosis and prognosis of ITP

Objective: Determining the relationship between ferritin levels in serum and vitamin D3 levels in patients with benign thyroid nodules. Method: This cross-sectional case-control study was conducted from September 2022 to April 2023 at the Diabetes and Endocrinology Center in Al-Sadder Teaching City, Najaf, Iraq, and included 70 patients aged 20 to 69 years with benign nodules. of male and female patients. Thyroid and 30 healthy volunteers served as controls. 4 ml of blood was collected from all subjects by venipuncture. Thyroid hormone, serum ferritin, and vitamin D3 levels were estimated using enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay kits. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. Results: The results revealed non-significant decrease [P>0.05] in serum TSH levels and non- significant difference in [P>0.05] both T3 and T4 in thyroid nodule patients compared with control group. The findings also demonstrated a significant decrease [P<0.05] in both serum ferritin in patients vitamin D3 levels in patients compared with control group. Conclusion: A significant relationship was found between benign thyroid nodule and lower levels of serum ferritin and vitamin D3 in patients. RESUMEN. Objective: Determiner la relación entre los niveles de ferritina sérica y los niveles de vitamina D3 en pacientes con nódulos tiroideos benignos. Método: Este estudio transversal de casos y controles se llevó a cabo desde septiembre de 2022 hasta abril de 2023 en el Centro de Endocrinología y Diabetes de la ciudad docente de Al-Sadder, Najaf, Irak, e incluyó a 70 pacientes de 20 a 69 años con nódulos benignos. de pacientes masculinos y femeninos. La tiroides y 30 voluntarios sanos sirvieron como controles. Se recogieron 4 ml de sangre de todos los sujetos mediante punción venosa. Los niveles de hormona tiroidea, ferritina sérica y vitamina D3 se estimaron utilizando kits de ensayo inmunoabsorbente ligado a enzimas. Los datos se analizaron utilizando SPSS versión 23. Resultados: Los resultados revelaron una disminución no significativa [P>0,05] en los niveles séricos de TSH y una diferencia no significativa en [P>0,05] tanto en T3 como en T4 en pacientes con nódulo tiroideo en comparación con el grupo de control. Los hallazgos también demostraron una disminución significativa [P<0,05] tanto en la ferritina sérica como en los niveles de vitamina D3 de los pacientes en comparación con el grupo de control. Conclusión: Se encontró una relación significativa entre el nódulo tiroideo benigno y niveles más bajos de ferritina sérica y vitamina D3 en los pacientes.
