حصل الدكتور نصيرعبودي مدلول على شهادة البكالريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية من جامعة بابل, العراق في عام 2000 وشهادة الماجستير في الاختصاص نفسه من جامعة بابل .وقد تم الحصول على شهادة الدكتوراه تحت اشراف البروفيسور سيدور رحمن في الهندسة الميكانيكية من جامعة ملايا في ماليزيا.
يعمل في قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية- كلية الهندسة كمدرس اضافة الى مدير قسم الدراسات والتخطيط والمتابعة في جامعة الكوفة. يمتلك 11 سنة خبرة في مجال التعليم على مستوى الجامعة. كما نشرالعديد من البحوث في المجلات العالمية الرصينة كما …
