نبيل الزرفي حاصل على شهاده البكلوريوس و الماجستير في الهندسه الميكانيكيه من كليه الهنسه - جامعه الكوفه في سنة 2002 و 2005. عمل كتدريسي و عضو لجنه امتحانيه في قسم الهندسه الميكانيكيه في نفس الجامعه بالاضافه الى عمله كامين لمجلس كليه الهندسه لغايه 22-11-2011. بعد هذا التاريخ حصل على بعثه دراسيه لحصول على شهادة الدكتوراه من المملكه المتحده. نبيل الزرفي تم منحه شهاده الدكتوراه في الهندسه الميكانيكيه - حراريات من جامعه مانشستر/ المملكه المتحده بتاريخ 12/10/2016.
