Methodology: A descript… Abstract Objective: To assess the Nursing Collegian Satisfaction toward Clinical Courses and to find out relationship between the Nursing Collegian Satisfaction with Clinical Courses and their demographic characteristics. Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out through the present study in order to achieve the early stated objectives. The study was began from January , 1st, 2018 to April, 1st, 2018. The study is conducted in Al-Najaf City/ in the University of Kufa at College of Nursing. A non-probability (Convenience) sample of one hundred (100) students, were included in the present study. An assessment tool used to assess the satisfaction of students toward clinical environment. The final study instrument consisted of two parts: part I include Scio-Demographic characteristics, and part II include Questions related to the Students Satisfaction comprised of (3) Domains which include (Supervision Relationship, Pedagogical atmosphere on the training site and Role of the nurse teacher). validity of an instrument for the early structured questionnaire is determined through the use of panel of experts to investigate clarity, relevancy, and adequacy of the questionnaire to measure the concepts of interest. A preliminary copy of the questionnaire is designed and presented to (15) experts, who have years of experiment more than (5) years. Data analysis by using descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency & mean of score) and inferential statistics (Chi-Square). Results: Concerning the result related to relationship between students training satisfaction and their demographic data. The present study reveals that there is no significant association between students satisfaction and demographic data of study group in related to (gender, type of study, stage, monthly income, marital status, socio-economic status, residency and finally last ward). The results of the present study are supported by other GSJ: Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2019 ISSN 2320-9186 127 GSJ© 2019 www.globalscientificjournal.com studies that indicated no significant difference between demographic data and training satisfaction. Conclusion: The study conclude that the majority of study students were satisfied to the clinical environment, and the supervisory relationship was evaluated by the students as the most influential factor in their satisfaction with the clinical learning environment. Recommendation: Registered nurses must be encouraged to view clinical teaching and supervision of student nurses as part of their teaching function and quality improvement strategy in the wards. And there should be cooperation between college tutors, preceptors, ward sisters, unit managers and students in the selection of learning opportunities and formulation of clinical learning outcomes.

Abstract: Objective: aimed to determine anginal patient functional status, to determine myocardial infraction patient's functional status, to find out the impact of Angina on patients functional status, to find out the impact of myocardial infrac… Abstract: Objective: aimed to determine anginal patient functional status, to determine myocardial infraction patient's functional status, to find out the impact of Angina on patients functional status, to find out the impact of myocardial infraction on patient functional status and finally to find a correlation of impact of ( angina and myocardial infraction) on patient functional status. Methodology: a descriptive study was carried out through the present study in order to achieve the early stated objectives. The study was begun from January , 1st , 2018 to April, 10th , 2018. The study is conducted in Al-Najaf City/Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Health Directorate / Al-Sadder Medical City in cardiac units (CCU, Medical ward and Al-Najaf Center for Heart Disease and Surgery). A non-probability (Convenience) sample of forty (40) patients with Ischemic Heart Disease, were included in the present study. The data was collected on structured questionnaire designed specifically for this study, and it is consist of two parts: Part 1 Included Socio-demographic characteristics and clinical data, and Part 2 Include (Functional status). Validity of the study instrument is conducted through a panel of experts who have years of experience in nursing field. Data analysis by using descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency & mean of score) and inferential statistics (Chi-Square and Standard deviation). Results: the study show that the myocardial infarction and angina has affect on patient physical activity and no significant statistical difference (p value = 0.9) was recorded between MI and angina according to the mean of the overall assessment of functional status . Conclusion: The researcher can conclude that the MI is more effective than Angina on patient physical activity and patients who are live in residential urban area are more likely to be affected by IHD than rural area. Recommendation: The study recommends that Instructional program to the patients with IHD care to improve quality of health and health oriented mass media approach should be employed to increase population knowledge and awareness toward ischemic heart disease.

The study was carried out during the period from (October 2013 to May 2014). The study aims to find out Physical and psychosocial aspects for patients with heart failure in Al-Sadder medical city, in the ICU and CCU units, to identify the relationship between the physical and psychosocial aspects for heart failure. A purposive sample of (30) patient in the ICU and CCU units in Al- Sadder medical city in Al – Najaf Al – Ashraf Governorate. The data were collected through used of questionnaire was developed and modified by researchers format of viewing with patient that available in the ICU and CCU units. The questionnaire consisted of three major part, the first part was concerning Sociodemographic characteristics, consisted of (9) items,the second part of the questionnaire was comprised of (10) items that related to disease distribution characteristics and clinical manifestations, the next part concerning about the physical and psychosocial aspects and this part have (47) item. The validity through reviewing the questionnaire by a panel study of (9) experts. The data were analyze through the application of descriptive statistical analyze include (frequency & percentage) and the application of inferential statistical analyze that include (person correlation coefficient and Chi-square). The finding of the present study indicate that there is highly significance for physical domain with the age, marital status, Occupational Status, Socioeconomic Status, Disease chronicity, Disease duration, Cardiomyopathy and Pneumothorax. Also highly significance for psychological domain with the age, marital status, and level of education, Occupational Status, Socioeconomic Status, Disease chronicity, Disease duration and Cardiomyopathy. The study confirms that the heart failure most commonly occur in elderly people over (38) years of age. Heart failure occurs almost equally between male and female, rural and urban, married and widow. The study confirms that the heart failure occur in high percentage of illiterate retires have no enough income in An Najaf Al Ashraf. The study indicates that the majority of the study sample have chronic heart failure, most of them diagnosed since over (2) years and over. The study confirms that the heart failure most commonly complications progress was high percentage for cardiomyopathy then pulmonary hypertension then hepatomegaly then pneumothorax. The Overall assessment of physical and psychosocial domains of heart failure patients’ quality of life in al-Sadder medical city which are high percentage for poor in physical domain of quality of life (73.3%) also there is high percentage for poor in psychosocial domain (63.3%), which mean failing in these domains of heart failure patients' quality of life The study recommends that an intensive comprehensive wide populationbased studies be conducted to assess the physical and psychosocial aspects of persons with heart failure. And Health oriented mass media approach should be employed by the ministry of health to increase population knowledge and awareness of heart failure and how we can prevent and managed it.
