In this paper we present an approach to encrypt text or image using an encryption key that is either text or image. The proposed encryption process will handle a text or an image through a number of processes of dispersion of the later values in a matrix A for a text or the matrix of color values for image through remittances linear. In addition to the use of svd enters, including the key (text or image), where the work will begin the application process distracting initial. The mean idea is to generate two new matrices B1 and B2 from the original matrix A using the key. The second phase of the dispersion is using SVD on the last matrices and switch S matrix among the two spectral for the new matrices C1 and C2 which represents putting as correlative F = [C1 C2], the matrix of the initial of the encoded text or image. It is worth mentioning that the reference algorithm of this paper and its own portion encrypt the text that's written in more than one language. It's also is possible that the text can be used in one language and the key in different language.
For purpose of evaluating the performance of the proposed algorithm, we calculated the matrix of absolute difference between the matrix of text characters before and after encryption, where we got a zero. For the image, the error due to encryption resulted in PSNR close to 140.
