Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to preparing a learning strategy by playing futsal, and identifying the effect of the learning by playing strategy on learning the passing skill of futsal for female students. The researchers used the experimental method because it fits with the nature of the research problem, and by designing the method of two equal groups (experimental and control) with pre and post-tests, the research community is represented by the students of the third stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Kufa, and their number is (18) students and they were divided into two groups (control and experimental) equally in a random way. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: The games prepared by the researchers according to the strategy of learning by playing greatly helped in learning the skill of passing futsal, and the duration of the independent variable, represented by the number of educational units, was appropriate in creating an effect that expresses the extent of the development of the experimental research group for the skill of passing futsal. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Necessity of using the strategy of learning by playing in developing the basic skills in the game of futsal, work on organizing the content of the study subject with an educational design according to the steps of the learning by playing strategy and in a way that is consistent with achieving the educational goals set, and researchers recommend relying on methods and strategies that take into account individual differences and levels that need to be developed.
