حصل المدرس كرار شاكر مطير على شهادة البكالوريوس من الجامعة الإسلامية / العراق عام 2016 في مجال هندسة تقنيات الحاسوب / شبكات اتصالات الحاسوب. عمل في نفس الجامعة حتى عام 2017 كمهندس مختبر. حصل على شهادة الماجستير من جامعة التقنية الوسطى/ الكلية التقنية للهندسة الكهربائية / بغداد عام 2019 في نفس مجال التخصص. خلال تلك الفترات وحتى الآن ، عمل محاضرًا في مجال شبكات الاتصالات الحاسوبية. نشر عدة أنواع من الأبحاث في مجال هندسة الاتصالات. يقوم حاليًا بتدريس وإجراء برامج بحثية في مجالات شبكات الكمبيوتر وال…
