M ولوجٌة لمستخلص اوراق نبات الٌاس ٌ تم دراسة الفعالٌة البا yrtus communis L. V وكف مرٌم T والحلبة itex agnus –castus L. rigonella foenum – graecumL. والتً تضمن مستخلص الزٌوت الاساسٌة ومستخلص خلات الاثٌل بتراكٌز ملغم/مل) وبثلاث مكررات ضد نوعٌن من البك… M ولوجٌة لمستخلص اوراق نبات الٌاس ٌ تم دراسة الفعالٌة البا yrtus communis L. V وكف مرٌم T والحلبة itex agnus –castus L. rigonella foenum – graecumL. والتً تضمن مستخلص الزٌوت الاساسٌة ومستخلص خلات الاثٌل بتراكٌز ملغم/مل) وبثلاث مكررات ضد نوعٌن من البكترٌا المرضٌة 333,200,100) Staphylococcus aureus و باستخدام طرٌقة الانتشار Psuedomonas aeruginosa والحفر . اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالٌة ان مستخلص الزٌوت الاساسٌة لاوراق نبات الٌاس والحلبة فعالٌة تثبٌطٌه واضحة ضد البكترٌا 22 المرضٌة, بقطر تثبٌط ( ملم) ضد بكترٌا21) ملم) و S.aureus و( 1 ملم ) و( 18 7 ملم) ضد عند التركٌز ( P.aeruginosa بكترٌا ملغم/مل) لنبات الٌاس والحلبة على التوالً .اما مستخلص الزٌوت الاساسٌة لاوراق نبات 300 كف مرٌم فلم ٌظهر أي فعالٌة تثبٌطٌه ضد البكترٌا المرضٌة . كما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالٌة ان لمستخلص خلات الاثٌل فعالٌة تثبٌطٌه ضد البكترٌا ملم) 22ملم) و(23 ملم) و( 27المرضٌة ازدادت بزٌادة تركٌز المستخلص وبقطر تثبٌط ( S.aureus ضد P.ae ملم) ضد بكترٌا 23 ملم) و( 23 ملم) و( 22 و( لنبات ruginosa الٌاس وكف مرٌم والحلبة على التوالً . بٌنت نتائج الكشوفات النوعٌة لمستخلص خلات الاثٌل لاوراق نبات الٌاس احتواءه على الفٌنولات والفلافونٌدات والتانٌن .اما نبات كف مرٌم والحلبة احتوى على القلوٌدات والفٌنولات والفلافونٌدات والصابونٌن والتانٌن والكلاٌكوسٌدات .
