This study was conducted at AL-Najaf AL- ashraf, in the fields of department of animal resource /Agriculture College / Kufa University. From 1/ 3/ to 4/ 4/ 2015. Used 400 beds from broiler/ leghorn spices, Divided to 4 treatments randomly, the treatment divided to 4 replicates, any replicate contain 25 birds. Fed starter diets from one day old to the age of 21 days, contend protein 23%, energy level 3000 Kilocalorie/ kg feed and fed on finisher diets from 22-35 day old, the finisher diet was contended 20% protein and 3213 energy Kilocalorie/ kg feed. Treatments were gave 0, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 gram from gum of Ferula asafetida for T1, T2, T3, and T4 respectively in drinking water, from 3rd – 5th week old.
