Abstract
In these models, the focus on estimating and averaging the value of the dependent variable (y) was conditional on the constant values of the independent variables (x). But in many instances in such cases, such a relationship is one-way or one-way where the result is not meaningful. This happens if the dependent variable (y) is specified by independent variables (x), and some independent variables (x) are, in turn, determined by dependent variables (y). Therefore, the estimation problem will occur through the use of OLS and the result is not good to provide relations between them. We cannot rely on estimating the model using another method. In short we use equations simultaneously which makes a distinction between dependent and explanatory variables of questionable value . It is preferable to compile a set of independent variables that can be identified simultaneously by the remaining set of variables - namely, what is done in equation models. In this case, there is more than one equation for each variable of mutual, common or subjective variables. In contrast to single-equation models, one cannot estimate the parameters of a single equation in the simultaneous equation models without taking into account information provided by other equations in the system.
