Workers under President Calvin Coolidge suffered a significant deterioration in their social and economic conditions, which prompted many of them to search to find new work jobs, and this sharp decline resulted in the emergence of unemployment and its reflection on the industrial side, and the percentage of unemployed workers in factories increased to (240) thousand people. Between the period 1920 - 1927, and these steps prompted companies with high production and budget, such as the Henry Ford and Chevrelet automakers, to take steps that would improve the conditions of their workers. In the suppression of unrest, the assistance of the Federal Courts also contributed to the imposition of the repudiation contract, many laws against industrial unions were repealed, and the decisions of the Supreme Court made public control of labor bear many difficulties.
