Abstract: Prospective study was designed at Faculty of Science, Kufa University for the period of 1st of August 2020 -1st of December 2021, which include Sulfur fertilizers as K2SO4 at (14.6 mg L and 29.2 mg L) levels, IAA spray on seedling at a concentration of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/l and Sulfur application was added in combination with the addition of IAA to show the influence of the Tyrosine amino acid content, CYP79A1 activity and total Glucosinolate content in leaves and roots. Data in this results showed that irrigation of sulfur at both treatments (14.6 and 29.6 mg.L-1) was significantly difference in the tyrosine content (mg.g-1 tissue) in compare with control treatment which increased with increased of sulfur applications. IAA treatment at 0.5 mg/l represent the highest tyrosine content in leaves and roots. Also, the combination of IAA at 0.5 mg/l with sulfur fertilization at 29.2 mg/l recorded the highest tyrosine content in leaves and roots in compare with other treatments. Also, Sulfur and IAA supply were more potent in CYP79A1 activity in leaves and roots and differ significantly with control treatment. Sulfur supply at 29.2 mg/l was more potent than the Sulfur supply at 14.6 mg/l in CYP79A1 activity. IAA at concentration of 0.5 mg/l recorded the highest in CYP79A1 activity in leaves and roots and differ significantly with other IAA concentration. The combination of IAA with Sulfur application gave the differ significantly in CYP79A1 activity in leafs and roots, which increased significantly with increased of IAA and Sulfur levels in seedling plant. The highest of CYP79A1 activity notes with (0.5) mg/l IAA and 14.6 mg/l Sulfur treatment. The results in current study showed that total Glucosinolate in the leaves and roots part were significantly effected (P < 0.05) by Sulfur and IAA treatments, which increased with increased of sulfur and IAA application in compare with control treatments. The treatment with sulfur at concentration of 29.2 mg L gave the highest concentration of glycosinolites significantly superior to the other sulfur concentrations in leaves and roots. Also, IAA at concentration of 0.5 mg/l recorded the highest in total Glucosinolate content in leaves and roots. While, The combination of IAA with Sulfur supply show increased significantly with increased of IAA and Sulfur levels in plot/plant. The highest of Glucosinolate content notes with 0.5 mg/l IAA and 29.2 mg/l Sulfur treatment in leaves and roots.
