تعينت على ملاك وزارة الصحة في عام 2013 لمدة سنة عملت في مدينة الصدر الطبية / مركز القلب و التدخل القسطاري انتقلت بعدها على ملاك وزارة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي.

Healthy behavior after the onset of the disease is very important because it can reduce the risk of recurrence, reduce the… Healthy behavior is defined as the stage of management and maintenance of health, regardless of the currents state of health. Healthy behavior after the onset of the disease is very important because it can reduce the risk of recurrence, reduce the severity of the disease, improve function and prolong life. The aim of this study was to assess the pattern of healthy behavior and related factor among patient with chronic disease (DM, HT) in al-Najaf city and to find the relationships between socio demographic characteristics and healthy behaviors of patient with chronic disease(DM, HT). A descriptive design, cross-sectional study was adopted to achieve the research objective. the study started from 1st March 2021to 20 June 2021. A non-probability sampling technique (purposive sample )of (54)people with chronic disease selsected from PHC centers from northern (Al-Jawad, Al-Askari2, and Al-Karama) and from southern care sector (Al-Ansar, Al-Adala, and 15 shaaban ) in Al-Najaf city which represent (25%) of total centers in Al-Najaf city. in al-najaf city. Relevant scale was used for measurement of "healthy behavior of people with chronic disease" the scale composed of 2 main parts Sociodemographic Characteristics of people with chronic disease (DM, HT),and Healthy Behaviors part. and used the (frequency and percentage), Statistical mean and standard deviation as descriptive analysis and P.V to find the significances of relationships between socio-demographic characteristics and health behavior of patient with chronic disease. The results of the study revealed that there is a moderate level of healthy behavior in each of the diseases of the system diabetes and hypertension disease, the study recommend to Organizing awareness sessions for chronic patients about the importance of maintaining and adhering to improved health behaviors, Financial support for patients with chronic disease, The health authorities adopt interest in developing a health culture among members of the community, not only for patients, Rehabilitation of psychologists in order to deal well with this people and provide them with sufficient information and In order to educate the patient about the need to maintain his physical health and its impact on his mental health, and Building indicative programs to modify health behavior in chronic patients.

الخلاصة السعي للسلوك الصحي يرتبط بأنواع مختلفة من المحددات في عموم العالم. في العراق توجد دراسات قليلة حول النفايات الطبية المتعلقة بالسلوك الصحي بدرجة عالية من التعرض لحوادث و الامراض المعدية. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل انماط السلوكيا… الخلاصة السعي للسلوك الصحي يرتبط بأنواع مختلفة من المحددات في عموم العالم. في العراق توجد دراسات قليلة حول النفايات الطبية المتعلقة بالسلوك الصحي بدرجة عالية من التعرض لحوادث و الامراض المعدية. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل انماط السلوكيات البحث عن الصحة و العوامل المرتبطة بها و لمعرفة العلاقة بين الخصائص الاجتماعية و الديموغرافية و هذه العوامل لمنظفي النفايات الطبية في المستشفيات العامة في مدينة النجف الاشرف. اجريت دراسة وصفية ( مقطعية) من 7 اكتوبر الى 27 اغسطس 2020. استخدمت تقنية احتمالية لأخذ العينات ( عينة طبقات غير متناسبة) ل (166) عامل تنظيف النفايات الطبية ممن يعمل في مدينة الصدر الطبية، مستشفى الزهراء التعليمي، مستشفى الحكيم العام، و مستشفى الفرات الاوسط في مدينة النجف. يشمل الاستبيان خمسة اجزاء، جزء المعلومات الاجتماعية الديموغرافية و اربعة اجزاء لمحددات السلوك الصحي ( السلامة المهنية، نمط الحياة، النشط البدني، و الحالة الصحية التي تسبب الاجهاد لدى العامل). استخدمت ( التكرار، النسبة المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، و الانحراف المعياري) كتحاليل وصفية. و اختبار ANOVA,T لمعرفة الفرق بين المتغيرات. استنتجت الدراسة ان محددات السعي للسلوك الصحي فيما يتعلق بالسلامة المهنية و نمط الحياة و الحلات الصحية التي تسبب الاجهاد (الجسدية و النفسية) معتدل اما فيما يتعلق بالنشط البدني ضعيف. توصي الدراسة بإجراء ورش عمل مستمرة تحفز منظفي النفايات الطبية نحو سلوك البحث عن الرعاية الصحية، توفير السلامة في مكان العمل و برنامج تدريبي لزيادة تدابير السلامة فيما يتعلق بالتعامل مع النفايات، يجب على ادارة المستشفى خلق بيئة التي تسمح لمنظفي النفايات الطبية في المشاركة بفحوصات دورية مثل اختبار الامراض المعدية. توفير معدات الحماية الشخصية الهامة و تشجيع منظفي النفايات الطبية للتطعيم و طلب العلاج عند المعاناة من مرض او اصابة.
