Abstract:-The research aims to test the two relationships of influence and correlation between green training and the adoption of the green strategy, which is one of the important topics that occupy environmental, global and local interest at the present time, as well as identifying the importance of the study variables for the General Company for Agricultural Supplies / Najaf branch, and the research problem was represented by the question that states On "How much green training is applied in the company to achieve the adoption of the green strategy?" The research relied on the main hypotheses represented by the hypothesis of the correlation test and another hypothesis of the simple linear regression test, from which sub-hypotheses emerged to explore and address the research problem. While the research sample consisted of (100) employees in the General Company for Agricultural Supplies Najaf branch, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which was prepared by the researcher based on ready-made standards, and the researcher adopted a set of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Relative importance, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, T-test, F-test, percentages), and the data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS V.25), and the research adopted the case study method. Among the most prominent results that were reached is that there are two correlations and a significant effect between the two variables of the study.
