ان الرؤية الاصلاحية لهذه المنظمة تتفق مع الرؤية الأمريكية واتخذت مزايا ورؤى واساليب وخصائص واهداف ونتائج متعددة ذكرت في ثنايا البحث

انشئت الامم المتحدة في عام 1945 في جو خيمت عليه ويلات الحرب العالمية الثانية, وكان الهدف من انشائها منع نشوب حرب عالمية ثالثة من خلال تنظيم العالم في ظل صيغة جديدة لنظام الامن الجماعي وذلك لتحقيق السلم و الامن الدوليين. والان وبعد مرور عقود عديدة على دخول ميثاق منظمة الامم المتحدة حيز التنفيذ, و الذي تزامن مع دخول النظام الدولي مرحلة جديدة من مراحل تطوره بعد التحولات التي طرأت عليه, تثار العديد من التساؤلات حول ما اذا كانت الامم المتحدة بوضعها الحالي وهياكلها و الياتها التي نمت و ترعرعت في اثناء مرحلة الحرب الباردة قادرة على القيام بالمهام و الاعباء و الوظائف التي تفرضها مقتضيات الانتقال الى نظام دولي مختلف عما سبقه حتى و ان لم يكن جديداً تماماً.

يتناول البحث دراسة وتحليل للاستراتيجية الامريكية تجاه منطقة غرب اسيا وبالاخص ايران خلال حقبة زمنية اثرت على التفاعلات الدولية والاقليمية في منطقة الشرق الاوسط من خلال التحليل لرؤية صناع القرار الخارجي الامريكي تجاه ايران

يتناول البحث تداعيات الازمة السورية على ركائز الامن الوطني العراقي والانتقال من مرحلة التحديات الامنية الى التهديدات التماثلية واللاتماثلية ثم الى الخطر الحقيقي بدخول التنظيمات الارهابية كاحدى هذه التهديدات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ودراسة الاستراتيجية العراقية لمواجهة هذه التحديات الامنية الخطيرة للامن الوطني العراقي

The College of Political Science at the University of Kufa held a discussion of the Master’s thesis tagged (Covid 19 pandemic and its impact on the political situation of the European Union) by student Mais Noman Al-Ankoushy, and the discussion took place in the Graduate Studies Hall in the College of Political Science on May 31, 2021, and the discussion committee consisted of Assistant Professor Dr. Sabah Sahib Al-Areed as chairpersons, Dr. Basil Mohsen Muhanna as a member, and Dr. Ikhlas Qassem from the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University as a member, and under the supervision of Professor Hussain Alawi and Assistant Professor Dr. Akram Neama Al-Jiashi from the College of Administration and Economics. In view of the great repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic and its repercussions on many aspects, foremost of which was the impact of the global economy, as many economic sectors were disrupted, which portends a major economic crisis. The repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic were also reflected on the political side, specifically in the areas of foreign policy. And international relations as well as at the internal level represented by internal pressures such as popular discontent and lack of Satisfaction with the policies adopted by countries at the health and economic levels to overcome the pandemic, and it seems that the European Union is the most prominent model for the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Political Science at the University of Kufa held an electronic symposium on the obstacles to e-learning, in which Dr. Iyad Kazem Jallo, Dr. Maysa Salah Waday and Dr. Basil Mohsen Muhanna attended. Iyad Jalo, the conditions for the success of e-learning. In conclusion, Dr. Basil Mohsen Muhanna discussed the most important obstacles facing the employment of e-learning in teaching and the most important problems facing students in this field and ways to overcome them.
