Abstract This experiment was conducted at the sheep and goat rearing station at Abu – Ghraib referred to animal resources researches Department of State Board for agricultural researches, for a period from19th Feb 2011 to 25th of June 2011.…………………………. ….A total of 15 Turkish- Awassi rams were isolated at ages ranged 2 - 2.5 years, and their weight ranged between 79.5 – 80.3 kg, Rams were randomly divided into 3 equal groups of 5 rams each group. The 1st and 2nd groups take the same above water magnetically treated with 2 intensity 1000 and 2000 gauss respectively. Whereas the third group were take normal streaming water which is considered as a control group. The present study was investigate the effect of different intensities of magnetically treated water on: i. Ram weight, ii. Hemoglobin (Hb), Packed Cell Volume (PCV), White Blood Cell (WBCc), blood Glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), Very low density lipoprotein (VLDL). iii. Testosterone serum level, growth hormones level, thyroxin hormones level, iv. Study Semen physical characterise such as ejaculate volume, Ejaculate color, Mass (Wave) Motility, Individual motility, Percentage of Dead Sperm, Abnormal Sperm Percentage, Sperm concentration, fructose sugar level, Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (GOT), Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (GPT). The result revealed the following: Ram weight significantly increased (p<0.01) in 2000 gauss in the 18th week compared with groups of 1000 gauss and control The level of Hb, PCV and WBCc, increase arithmetically only do not show any significantly during the experiment period. Blood sugar level decrease in 1000, 2000 gauss groups significantly (p<0.01) since 6th week until 12th week compared with control. The 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss group in weeks 6th, 8th, 12th. Cholesterol level decreased significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 2000 gauss group since 4th week until 12th weeks compared with control. and 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss group in the 10th week, and 1000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) comparing with control group in the 10th week. Triglycerides level decrease significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 2000 gauss group compared with control since 4th week until 12th weeks. And 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss group in weeks 4th,8thand10th,the group 1000 gauss showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with control since 10th, to 12th weeks. High density lipoprotein (HDL) level increase significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 1000, 2000 gauss group compared with control since 4th until 12th week. The 2000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss in 12th week. Low density lipoprotein (LDL) level decrease significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 2000 gauss group compared with control since 4th week until 12th weeks. And 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss group in weeks10th, 12th. The group 1000 gauss showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with control since 10th, to 12th weeks. Very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) level decrease significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 1000, 2000 gauss group compared with control since 6th until 12th week. And 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss group since 8th, to 12th weeks. Testosterone serum level increase significantly (p<0.01) in blood serum in 1000, 2000 gauss group compared with control since 6th until 12th week. The 2000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01) compared with 1000 gauss since 8th, to 12th weeks. thyroxin hormones level showed in 2000 gauss significantly increase (p<0.01)on 1000 gauss group and control since 4th week until 12th week and 1000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01)on control since 8th week until 12th wee;. growth hormones level showed in 2000 gauss significantly increase (p<0.01) since 8th week until 12th week compared with 1000 gauss and control .1000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01)on control in 8th week. Ejaculate volume showed significantly increase (p<0.01) in 1000, 2000 gauss compared with control since 12th week until16th week. And 2000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01) on 1000 gauss in 14th, 16th weeks. Mass (Wave) Motility, Individual motility significantly increase (p<0.01) in 1000, 2000 gauss compared with control since 14th week until16thweek. And 2000 gauss group showed significantly increase (p<0.01) on 1000 gauss in 14th, 16th weeks. Abnormal Sperm Percentage significantly decrease (p<0.01) in 1000, 2000 gauss compared with control since 10th week until16thweek. and 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01)on 1000 gauss in 12th,14h weeks Percentage of Dead Sperm significantly decrease (p<0.01) in 1000, 2000 gauss compared with control since 12th week until16thweek. and 2000 gauss group showed significantly decrease (p<0.01)on 1000 gauss in 14th,16th weeks Sperm concentration does not show any significantly for all groups and the increase arithmetically only. Fructose sugar level in 2000 gauss compared with control since 14th week until16thweek. Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (GOT), Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (GPT) do not show any significantly for all groups and the increase arithmetically only.
