Abstract: The recent review conversed about nano-technology. Nanotechnology is
very important in the diagnosis and detection of disease, as nanotechnology is the
fifth generation that appeared in the world of electronics, the first generation
represented in the use of the electronic lamp, including television, then the
discovery of the transistor, and the spread of its wide applications and then the use
of integrated circuits, which is a very small piece. Nanotechnology today has
reduced the size of many devices, increased their efficiency and numbered their
functions. Then the microprocessor, which made a huge revolution in the field of
electronics by producing personal computers and silicon chips, and then
nanotechnology. Nano-size as the material is made by light etching, cutting, scraping
and grinding.

AbstractBatch experiments were carried out for the adsorption of Janus Green B (JGB)
onto walnut kernel shell particle. walnut kernel shell treated with burn in 300 C0
was tested as a low cost adsorbent for the removal of Janus Green B from
aqueous solution . The effects of various experimental parameters, such as
adsorbent dosage and particle size, initial dye concentration, pH and contact
time, were investigated in batch mode . An amount of 1.5 g/l of (WKSC) could
remove 99.36 % of the dye from an aqueous solution of 50 ppm with the
agitation time 150 min and particle size 75 mm and with acid medium (pH=2) .
The well Known Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models were applied for the
equilibrium adsorption data and the various isotherm parameters were
evaluated. The results indicate that activated walnut kernel shell carbon
(WKSC) could be employed as a low cost alternative to commercial activated
carbon in wastewater treatment for the removal of color and dyes

AbstractA simple, rapid, inexpensive, and eco-friendly flow injection system is designed for the determination of Bismarck Brown
R dye. The design process is included the manufactureof dual flow injection valve with the possibility of loading one
solution. The flow rate of carrier stream, optimum volume of sample, repeatability, and dispersion coefficient are
studied. The calibration graph is constructed for both spectrophotometric and flow injection methods. The flow rate is
fixed at 2.10 mL.min-1 with optimal volume 157.00μL of Bismarck Brown R dye. The repeatability is conducted for 10
measurements (n=10) and the dispersion coefficient values are 1.75 and 1.58 for the concentrations 5.00 ppm and 7.00
ppm respectively. The linear range of calibration graph is (0.05-35.00) ppm for flow injection method and (0.10-25.00)
ppm for spectrophotometric method. The flow injection method is successfully applied for the determination of
Bismarck Brown R dye in standard solutions.

AbstractThe research is included determination of Fe(II) via its reaction with 1,10-phenanethroline
to form light-red complex which is absorbed at λmax=510 nm. Home-made flow injection valve is
designed with two loading loops, L1 and L2. A series of studies are conducted represented by
fixing physical and chemical optimum conditions, dead volume, repeatability, dispersion coefficient,
construction calibration graph, and application of the method. The dead volume is zero for the
system which it has high repeatability (n=8) with RSD and SD 0.6 and 0.05 respectively. The
dispersion coefficient is 1.68 at the concentration 10 ppm. The range of measurements of calibration
graph is (0.05-18.00) ppm with limit of detection (S/N=3) 0.05 ppm.

AbstractThe research is included studying and designing micro flow injection system which is characterized with
rapidity, simplicity, and low cost for the determination of green malachite dye. The study of flow rate of carrier
stream, repeatability, dispersion coefficient, and calibration graph are conducted. It is found that the optimum
conditions for the determination of mentioned dye are flow rate 4.200 mL/min, sampling rate 102 sample/h, limit of
detection 0.05 ppm, linear range (0.05-18.00) ppm with linearity (R2 = 0.9700), RSD is 0.355, the repeatability for
seven successive injections is studied for the two concentrations 5 ppm and 12 ppm, and the dispersion coefficient
values are 1.73 and 1.28 at the two concentrations 2 ppm and 9 ppm respectively.
