The sustainable coastline water has been affected by increasing of water pollutants via the wide using of the region’s resources for their life. The coastal water around areas is one of the most effected from the areas especially by suspended sediments. In this work, using linear regression to modeling a relationship between the total suspended solids (TSS) and the digital number of a single separated band of red, green, and blue of the satellite image THEOS. The new relationship used for calculating, classification, and mapping of TSS concentrations. The samples have been collected from the study area and determined by a handheld global positioning system (GPS) simultaneously with the satellite imagery acquiring. Where the measured TSS concentrations were conducted in a lab, that adopted as validation data to be used to find the accuracy assessments with the calculated concentrations by the new relationship using linear regression. The results were high correlation coefficient and lower root mean square error between the two TSS concentrations groups: measured and calculated, as comparison with the previous works. In addition, the new method proved its success with noisy image over a range of noise levels. Therefore, TSS mapping can be achieved by linear regression with THEOS image to give description about sustainable coastline water.
