Linguist with over 18 years of experience in research and teaching in linguistics with focus in the areas of syntax, semantics, discourse analysis and cognitive linguistics. Expertise includes in-depth theoretical and hands-on knowledge of linguistic approaches for less commonly studied languages, with a strong specialization in Indo-Iranian Shabaki language. Experience in the historical and cultural background of Shabaki people. Linguistic specialization in the study of complex predicates, modality, word order variation, and Heritage Speaker Pedagogy in Shabaki language.
