Abstract

The aim of this project was to contribute to the understanding of the impact of the meteorological (e.g. the wind speed, atmospheric pressure, and etc.), marine parameters (e.g. tide), and the evaporation duct (as a propagation phenomenon existing over the sea) on the UHF waves propagation between the British Channel Islands.

Attending and participating in a conference for graduate students’ projects at the School of Engineering, University of Leicester, which was held on 11/23/2019.

The postgraduate student participated and attended the Postgraduate Student Projects Conference, which was held at the School of Engineering at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where the student presented a project at the conference in which the student designed a cellular communication network within a city while improving network coverage.

Doaa Al-Hadrawi attended the Radio Science International Union (URSI2018) meeting for postgraduate student projects, Manchester Central Conference Complex, UK, 12-13 December 2018. The goal of the meeting is to see the latest research ideas in the field of digital and radio communications, and to utilize them for the purpose of developing research in this area.
