Tribolium castaneum .

AbstractAmidostomoides monodon Family: Amidostomatidae nematodes occurr only in the gizzard. The body of the worms is thin, pale pink
in color, the length of the male is 8 mm, and the length of the female is 9-12 mm. The research materials consisted of nematodes isolated from
Gallinula chloropus gizzards from Najaf from central Iraq. The optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope revealed the anterior
region of a male and a female containing blurred lips, three esophageal teeth, and the posterior region of the male on three equal spines. The
spicules are surrounded by a caudal bursa containing two lateral lobes and the absence of papillae in the caudal bursa and the posterior region
of the female are conical, with a pointed end. The vulva is located at the back of the body. To confirm the diagnosis, nematode DNA was isolated
and approximately 628 bp of the 28SrDNA gene was sequenced. The obtained DNA sequences were tabulated and then phylogenetic
analysis was performed using the (MEGA X version) method

AbstractThe current study was conducted in Najaf Governorate from January 4/1/2022 to March
1/3/2022, and 20 tapeworms were isolated from Dilepis Weinland, 1858 From the
intestines of 30 local chickens Gallus gallus domesticus. The morphological
characteristics of the tapeworms were studied by light microscopy and a scanning electron
microscope by examining the head, mature segments and gravid segments. It is considered
the first study of the morphological characteristics by scanning electron microscope of this
tapeworm in Iraq and the world. The current study aimed to study the phenotypic
characteristics of tapeworms Dilepis Weinland, 1858 This is by examining with a light
microscope.

AbstractMicroscopic examination includes the determination of sperm motility, concentration, morphology, and viability; the concentration of other cells present, and the presence of sperm agglutination. Some laboratories use a single stain for the evaluation of several parameters, such as eosinnigrosin stain for sperm vitality, morphology, and the identification of other cells, whereas others use different stains that specifically enhance each parameter to aid in the identification and evaluation of sperm and other cells.
