الصدق والكذب في القرآن الكريم من المواضيع الهامة جداً للمجتمع المؤمن , كونها تمثل رسائل إلهية للإنسانية بشكل عام و للمجتمع المؤمن بشكل خاص وصلاحية تلك الرسائل لكل عصر ومصر , ولما لهذا الموضوع من أثر بالغ على الفرد والمجتمع في الدنيا والآخرة من ثواب وعقاب , وهذه الرسائل حجة يحتج بها الله على خلقه يوم القيامة فلا يجد العبد الظالم لنفسه و لأقرانه عذراً أمام الله تعالى فيستحق بما ارتكب الذل والعذاب وذلك الخسران العظيم , ولما كان هذا الموضوع من المواضيع الهامة جدا سعى البحث للخوض في غمار تلك الرسائل القرآنية ومحالة إيضاحها.

يتمتع الذهبي بمكانة علمية كبيرة، ويعد كتابه (التفسير والمفسرون) من المراجع التي يرجع إليها الباحثون في التفسير ومراحله ومصادره ومناهجه؛ لذلك أخذ هذا الكتاب مكانة كبيرة بين أغلب الفرق الإسلامية حتى عد مقررا دراسيا في بعض الجامعات، وبالرغم من أهمية هذا الكتاب إلا أنه حوى في بعض مباحثه على كلام يفتقر للدقة ونسب إلى البعض ببطلان الرأي الكذب دون دليل، ولما كانت بعض نصوصه تحتاج إلى إيضاح ومنها مايحتاج إلى الرد بأدلة تخالف ما جاء به، تصدى هذا البحث لذلك الطرح بأسلوب علمي وأدلة علمية جلية.

إن موضوع الرواية التفسيرية من المواضيع الهامة جداً عند المفسرين؛ كونها مبينة لمراد الله تعالى في القرآن الكريم , وعليها تبنى العقائد و الأحكام، ومن آثار اختلاف الرواية هو اختلاف موضوع الآية فتعدد الروايات التفسيرية في كثير من الموارد ينتج عنه تعدد موضوع الآية الواحدة فكل مفسر يرى أن الآية مسوقة لبيان موضوع معين تبعا للرواية التي اختارها حتى تجد أن المفسرين اختلفوا في موضوع الآية الواحدة فمنهم من يراها دليلا على التوحيد ومنهم من يراها دليلا على الإمامة الإلهية ومنهم من يراها بيان لحكم معين ومنهم من يرى أنها تتحدث عن موقف من مواقف الآخرة وهكذا كل تختلف المواضيع بحسب الرواية التفسيرية التي اختارها.

For Muslims, the Holy Quran and the purified Sunnah serve as fundamental sources of guidance, deeply influencing the consciousness of both the individual and society. On an individual level, the Quran identifies those worthy of emulation and companionship, as well as those to be trusted or deemed untrustworthy; it outlines the qualities of a strong, steadfast, and prudent individual, while also illustrating the consequences of disregarding Quranic counsel and the teachings of the Sunnah. Indeed, both the Quran and the Sunnah recount stories that offer profound lessons for those who hope to meet their Lord, affirming that the ultimate outcome belongs to the righteous.

Muslim scholars exerted great effort in attempting to interpret the verses of the Quran and elucidate their meanings; however, the process of interpretation was at times influenced by the intellectual and sectarian backgrounds of the exegetes, as well as their partisanship toward their respective schools of thought. Partisanship, in this context, is defined as the refusal to accept the truth when evidence is presented, due to a bias toward a particular side. Although this phenomenon emerged during the era of the Companions, it expanded and intensified following the rise of various jurisprudential and theological schools. Some exegetes would exercise independent reasoning (*ijtihad*) in opposition to an authentic exegetical narration—altering the verse's meaning, shifting its application from one specific instance to another, or broadening its scope from a specific to a general sense—solely because acknowledging the true meaning would have contradicted the position of their own school of thought. Such partisanship has indeed influenced the interpretation of a number of Quranic verses.

The workshop was held in Hall A. Dr.. Salah Al-Fartousi at the College of Basic Education, through which I explained the mechanism for granting bonuses and promotions, the most important controls contained in the subject, and the matters that affect bonuses and promotions, negatively and positively.
