AbstractCdS and CdS capped with Ag thin layer thin films were organized by chemical bath
deposition technique. Cadmium chloride and thiouria were used as precursors material to
deposited CdS film at 80 C. after deposition of CdS film, it dipped in Ag NPs. precursors
for one hour at 50 C to coated it surface by Ag layer. In this paper, we examined the
absorbance in the range between 300 and 1100 nm. The direct and indirect band gaps were
calculated with the Tauc method, yielding values of 1.97 to 2.46 eV. Resulting noticeable
decreasing in band gaps with the presence of Ag layer.

Abstract mixing between one and two steps, in addition, the ethanol solvent was used to dissolve CH3NH3I and compared with isopropanol solvent. The characterizations of synthesized perovskite samples included the structural properties, morphological characteristics and optical properties. The intensity and orientation in X-ray diffraction patterns appear clearly in ethanol solvent while disappearing at a peak at 12o due to the speed reaction of perovskite in this solvent. Additionally, the ethanol solvent increasing the grain size of perovskite which homogeneity of the surface morphology. the ethanol solvent cause a decrease in the wavelength of absorbance edge in addition to an increase in the energy bandgap value. AbstractAbstract: The characterizations of TiO2 nanoparticles which prepared on FTO conductive glass bases using the
hydrothermal method with different temperatures (140,160,180) for 4 h, were studied after and before annealing.
The XRD patterns were appeared that the samples preparation an increase in the intensity of the peaks and a
decrease in the width of the FWHM peaks was observed due to the increase in temperature as well as an increase in
the grain size as the distance between the grains decreased. UV-VIS tests demonstrated optical properties, including
absorption and transmission. The increase in temperature effect at the absorption edge. It was shifted towards higher
energies, that is, in its preferred direction. FESEM images were showed change an increase in the density of the
substance upon increasing the temperature.

AbstractOne of the important electronic applications in recent years is organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials because of their many useful characterizations particularly the low cost, tunable optical properties and higheffciency. In this work we used varieties of lead halides, PbCl2 and PbBr2 to prepare two types of perovskites, MAPbBr3and MAPbBr2Cl by one step method then study their properties; structural, morphological and optical properties, to fabricate solar cells from these perovskites with preparation of TiO2 nanocrystal as electron transport material ETM by hydrothermal method. The power conversion effciency PCE achieved is 1.2% and fll factor FF=0.26 for MAPbBr3 perovskite while the power conversion effciency PCE for MAPbBr2Cl perovskite reached up to 0.9% and fll factor FF= 0.25.

Abstractne of the important electronic applications in the recent years its organic–inorganic perovskite materials characterized by the tunable optical properties, in this work we focused at this property to synthesis of photovoltaic photodetctor devises by preparation of two types of perovskites, MAPbCl3 and MAPbBr2Cl where the best responsively at the wavelengths 400 nm, 460nm in addition this perovskites have a short raise time and fall time specially in the wavelengths 400 nm where trise= 0.262 s, trise= 0.282 s and tfall= 0.528 st fall= 0.262 s for MAPbCl3 and MAPbBr2Cl respectively.

AbstractAbstract
In this work numerical simulation of the Earth magnetic field at college science of Kufa University and neighboring region have been investigated by using WMM2010 model . This region located at north of Kufa city and called Al-Qezwenea (Lat.= 32.1264-32.1048 N, Long.= 44.3556-44.3844 E in degree and altitude 25-32 m above sea level ) and featured by Agricultural area and sandy soil . WMM2010 model dependent on the data provided from ØRSTED and CHAMP satellites and the result converted to the contour map by using kriging method to find the characteristics of Earth magnetic elements ( total intensity (F), horizontal intensity (H), declination (D), inclination (I), the north component(X),the east component(Y),and Down component(Z)
