Abstract Comprehensive educational technology is the widespread practice of development, design, management, utilization, and the overall evaluation process and learning resources. Furthermore, the process of blended learning, a system of learning management, and virtual classrooms are the technological processes that teachers are adapting now for language learning. The application of technology has also facilitated an individual’s language learning effectively. Prior studies have outlined that the inception of technology has enabled teachers to imply classroom activities for effectively increasing the language learning process. The continuous development of technology has facilitated the teachers to develop their skills and facilitated the learning process for the students. The inception of technology has had a massive impact on the process of modern English language learning which has improved the vocabulary and language skills of the students. Presently, technologies have been considered one of the most complementary tools for teachers in the classroom, as they can positively impact the student’s learning outcomes.

This study intends to Evaluate Ministerial English Questions for Third Intermediate Level published by Garnet Publishing Ltd. The study examines how the book's content met the requirements of the quality content standards to help the teachers evaluate whether the selected materials have already matched the young learners’ needs or not so that they can have some decisions to improve the students’ English competence.A questionnaire is used to collect data about the suitability of Bloom Taxonomy objectives and whether it can be used in preparing questions. The general problem of this study is the ministerial questions for the third intermediate level in Iraq designed according to the table of specifications.

Abstract This study intended to assess English questions for 3rd intermediate stage by analyzing Ministerial English questions for the years 2017 and 2018 and for all attempts (1st, 2nd and 3rd attempt). The questions analysis in this study collects information on the variables: Remember, knowledge, apply, analyze, create and evaluate. Conclusion Depending on the results obtained, the following points are outlined: There is a significant difference between the ministerial questions and Bloom’s levels of knowledge. Bloom’s level of knowledge depends on an old approach while the ministerial questions depend on a new approach. Bloom’s specification tables focus on knowledge and understanding while the new approach in teaching focuses on creative and communicative skills. The ministerial questions don’t focus on creative, analytical and communicative skills. From all the above we can conclude that there is a deficiency in both the ministerial questions and Bloom’s specification tables

Abstract This paper is a practical investigation into the efficacy of digital technologies in developing listening comprehension strategies among future English teachers who are enrolled in universities of higher education. Methods of The research consisted of a questionnaire survey, and Anderson-Darling and Student's t-tests were used to analyze the data. The listening comprehension skills of students in the control (CG) and experimental (EG) groups are comparable (52% and 56%). The level of learning in CG and EG is below the threshold, indicating that students have inadequate training in these areas. Cognitive, pragmatic, and reflective criteria are most prominent. Implementing educational content adaptation strategies and multiple self-study controls increases the cognitive component. Consequences of The study revealed that digital technologies are highly effective for training future philologists' listening comprehension strategies. Experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of digital multimedia educational tools and the ability to hear a foreign language very well. Prospects Future research should identify effective methodological and technical tools for developing strategies for listening comprehension. To do this, you need to look at different digital tools and choose the ones that work best
